Technician was fine in my first appointment but by the second she had me waiting for about 10 min because she took some dog out. That is fine, I understand. But I definitely expect an apology in any case like this. My time is as important as yours.

Dr Marsha does not have the best bedside manners. Jackie the receptionist was not friendly.

This is the first time my dog saw Dr. Sue (from my memory) and she was truly amazing. I have been perfectly content with the other vets but seeing Dr. Sue’s interactions with my dog made me think this is truly her calling.

My first call to TLC, I was on hold for 10 minutes. However, I would have waited 30 minutes because we wanted an appointment at TLC, and I just assumed there was an emergency of some type happening in the office at the time I called. It was not a problem for me to be on hold at all.

Dr Sue has always taken her time during exams-visits and explains things thoroughly. This includes but is not limited to the chosen plan, other possible plans, what to look for, what the meds do, etc. The staff has always been friendly, professional and compassionate.

I think the Vet is great for accepting animals In an emergency situation but when you drop your pet off they have you pick up the pet not knowing how much all of the services they performed will be. You get to the office and it’s a 500 dollar bill. Not everyone has money to just give to vet visits. I think the office should call and give you options of what you can do and offer the pricing before everything is said and done. It would be nice to know ahead of time.

This is the first time seeing this new Doctor. She was unpleasant, impatient with questions/comments, and a little condescending. We will request Dr Sue from now on. The staff was excellent as always.

I am so happy that I know my dogs are getting the best care from Dr.Sue. Both my dogs are having issues & I’m nervous but I’m confident that they will be able to get thru their own issues thru the care from TLC.

Hospital seems pretty pricey for the services received. Called before arriving to ask for an estimate for all the shots he would receive. Final bill was not even close to that estimate--much higher. Doctor was not terribly thorough and while she politely answered every question I had, I felt we were a bit rushed, & the doctor didn t ask me many questions about my dog.

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Sue! She’s been such a blessing!

I like the doctor and staff they are. Very nice and treat Casper good and I will continue to bring Casper and if I get another pet bring that one to.

TLC is the best.

I feel very comfortable coming here with Romeo, our cockatiel. He receives the same care that a cat or dog would receive.

You guys are great but it would be nice not to have to spend $250 at every check up...

Excellent---always! I am spoiled and find that none of the fancy specialists in their big clinics can hold a candle to TLC. By the way, none of the stars change color when you click on them.

Your hospital is the cleanest animal hospital I’ve been to! I really appreciate that staff are forgiving when our pets have accidents and help us to clean up.

Very professional and accommodating, calls or return promptly in the staff goes out of their way to make your trip easier, highly recommend
