I would just recommend explaining the prices of medication/shots prior to giving them just to be sure that the client knows exactly how much it s going to cost before checking out.

While I truly appreciate the care the staff took for Shay s recent dental cleaning, I was a little dismayed to find out Shay also had an extraction after I specifically asked about extractions when I called prior to pickup and was told there were none. I would expect better communication at our next appointment.

Entire staff is always very friendly, compassionate and professional. I wouldn t take my cats anywhere else! They re the best!

Horror and desperation brought me to your office. I ll regret that forever because had I come to you two years ago when I first became an accidental cat rescuer, I d likely still have my beloved Luckey. Thank you for caring so deeply and compassionately. I will be forever grateful. I miss Luckey every single day but cannot convey the depth of my appreciation for you all helping with this excruciating loss.

Not unlike a parent, a responsible pet owner treats his/her pet like part of the family. My cats, now Benji, has always had the best care. The staff is friendly. The vets are take great care with the cat and of course the owner. The owner is upset too because they don t know what s wrong with the animal. My mind has always been put at ease once I enter the Cat Doctor. I know I and my pet will receive the best attention.
