We very much enjoy the interaction with Dr. Christiansen during our appointments. She is great at explaining and offering solutions. Also enjoy her personally, learning about the farm.

Thank you for seeing Hamilton right away after his surgery. It really made me feel at ease that I could come to a place and know that you will take care of Hamilton. Not only did you fix his bandage once but twice! I appreciate it more than you will ever know.

I think the billing and invoices are too unclear and complicated. The last two times we have boarded our cats with you the invoice was incorrect. It needs to be more transparent and accurate. The care our cats received was great though!

It took longer than usual to be seen once we were in the exam room. Kitty was frightened. Normally we are in and out. Doctor must have been busy that day. We love the Cat Doctor though.

Great experience.

This was our second visit to the cat doctor and so far we are very happy! Parking of course is an issue, with the 2 loading zone spots being full almost constantly (I had to park blocking the driveway just behind the zone in order to run inside and grab my cats in their carriers) but I’m sure you hear that all the time and are doing/have already done whatever you can in a congested downtown neighborhood.

I have no suggestions to improve anything. You guys are OUTSTANDING and I was always bring my pet to you guys.

My cats always receive the best care here at the Cat Doctor. Dr. Christensen and the staff are very attentive to both the needs of my cats as well as my needs. They make us feel like part of the family.

My Betty is extremely stressed when taken out of her environment and Dr. Christiansen is very understanding of her. Good care, professional and helpful.

One of the girls upfront was super rude and sat there not acknowledging the fact that I was there and complained the whole time about the fact she had to be there. Everything else was good, but her attitude was nasty. She was younger..
