Both the vet tech and Dr. Hurst were very efficient, attentive, and friendly.

The entire staff is amazing! They are very good with our pup, Bandit.

Our dog Sadie is a puppy mill release. She spent over 6 years in a small cage having puppies. We have never used a kennel for her as felt it was cruel. Also have never left her at home alone for more than a few hours. She is very nervous and high strung. We knew we needed to find a solution so we can go to visit others over night, etc. I checked multiple kennels and they all were just cages, no windows, and just locked up. NCVC understood my need to board her a few times so she got used to it. Thank you! Her room had a window, had contact with care givers, and best of all they contacted us to keep us updated during her visit. Highly highly highly recommend NCVC.

Thanks for taking the time needed and not making the visit feel rushed and working around our guy who is very unsure of the vet s office. Also appreciate asking after our other dog that had been seen numerous times this summer. Very happy with all the staff at North Country!

Thanks for the call back. Jacks superior surrounding area above eye appears to be more swollen. Will see how it is tomorrow. He was groomed today and I had them clip the area around that eye so I have a better view

Excellent care provided and patient, informative post care instructions were given. All questions were answered completely. NCVC is highly recommended for pet services.

The staff couldn t be better. They genuinely care about the wellbeing of my dogs. My dogs have learned to enjoy going to the vet. It makes visits go easier when I can come in for the exam and keep the dogs calm. Thank you ??
