We moved to the area and called this vet to get established. The charges I was quoted on the phone were less than I was actually charged. This practice charges for every move made by the vet. That isn’t what I am used to with a hometown veterinarian practice. Our dogs were given a vaccination they had already received previously. This resulted in a $76.00 unnecessary charge. Our bill was just under $600 so that amount is significant to us. I called to talk to the vet about it and was told she would return my call and that never happened. The vet was friendly when with us in the exam room and I found her knowledgeable. The amount of time we waited for the vet once we were in the exam room was ridiculously long. Dogs get antsy at a vet so the time spent in the exam room should be kept to a minimum. The assistant didn’t seem to be comfortable with dogs. Just my observation. We were looking for a practice where we felt comfortable and this one didn’t give us that.

I would have liked a printed copy of discharge instructions and printed copy of lab results with the billing statement. I did get a detailed bill which i appreciate.

I was so happy to see my dogs doctor at the phycility in Philips. Last year I went to park falls, so it was nice to know my fur babies were going to receive the great care they are used to. Thanks for being there!

It is nice to know that whomever works with my dog can be trusted to have her best interests as a top priority. I don t have to worry about who has the appointment with her. I can trust your clinic.

Our cat Norman gets great care here. You do need a better scale to weigh cats.??

Dr Riggle is amazing. Honest forthright and intelligent. I respect him. He is a rarity and I was lucky to meet him and have him care for my dog. Dr Riggle got Winston and my family through a scary and rough experience with his health. Thank for your candor a care for Winston. You sir are someone I will never forget and always be grateful to. Thank you for renewing Foxy s medications. It would be nice that in the future we are pre-approved to be able to pick up meds. without any significant delay since I was running very low on one of her meds. Thank you again! Ed

I waited approximately 30 minutes for my dogs to be seen. My appointment was at 11am on Monday, April 14, 2025 in the Park Falls location.

I have been attempting now several times on this visit. I have made 2 phone calls and 1 email and received no response back. I was not given the prescriptions that I paid for at the time of this visit.

I was in a bit of a hurry when I dropped Hank off, Dr. was a bit tied up. Staff accommodated me by going over the estimate and leave without seeing the Dr. I was appreciative, as I was running late. Everybody was kind. Dr. s follow up call was also appreciatetd.

The Bravecto was not applied as directed; rather it was way down on their backs which they were able to lick! Very sloppy!

Wait time was around 15 minutes, but I was notified that you were running a little behind right away, great job overall.thank you.

Dr Ludwig was so understanding and kind when she had to Euthanize my animal. She made sure that I got to be there with him.
