I would think it would be safe for pet owners to enter the building if all wear masks. My dog did not want to just go off with a total stranger out in the parking lot.

They are making the best of this crazy covid world. It was very organized, everyone was friendly. I did not feel rushed and was asked if I had any questions many times. Great experience. Also didn’t see my usual vet and I know my dog can be uncooperative and they took it in stride. Thank you!!!

Hi. Star system not quite working correctly so just making comment here. Eddie The Mountain Man is VERY special to John and I and it was clear he was very special to all of you as well. Cost is higher than some other local facilities.

Quite difficult to answer since it is only curbside. I booked the appointment on line and felt the wait time to get an appointment was far to long.

I ve only been going to Waconia Vet during COVID. I am looking forward to being able to go inside the building with my pet. With that being said, I am thrilled with the high level of service I am receiving by this establishment.

I’m not understanding why we don’t have the option to go inside with our pets. Teachers are teaching with 35+ kids in a room, my doctor sees me and I can go to the nail salon??? At very least staff could come out to the car to speak with us.

Completely understand having to stay out of the building i m sure it s extra tough on the staff so waiting to get through or to have staff come out is no big deal. We appreciate all that you do! I was so touched again by the extra care the we received. Jolene spent quite a bit of time chatting with me about all the things that we are going through with our Leela is quite normal for senior dogs. She was encouraging, helpful and very empathetic. We have never been disappointed with any of your staff. Top notch! Thank you!!!

Even with Covid precautions, the whole process went smoothly.

I did have to wait several weeks to get in but I think that is due to Covid and the new restrictions. I really like Dr. Mandy and all the staff. It is obvious how much they enjoy their jobs and care for our pets.
