All fo the staff are fantastic! Hudson loves going to the vet and is well cared for at each visit. Dr. Harms always provides a comprehensive summary of his visit and, as was the case with this visit, clear plans for treatment to Resolve lab work elevations. Thank you !!! This was our first visit to the clinic and the experience was great.

Curbside pick up and drop-off went very smoothly. Vet tech did a great job trimming his nails - he was a happy puppers!

Everything is perfect.the staff and care my pets receive. I don’t like that they quit carrying interceptor. I was told that customers wanted heart guard. I’m think they should carry both . And both brands on fllea tick chews too. Why did they change the vet pharmacy? Vet source is fantastic, and very helpful. Maybe they should use both.

Waiting time was a bit long, but overall pleased with the clarity about pricing and what the vet was doing. Also seemed a bit rushed.

Everyone was extremely helpful Dr Sutich was great, appointment went smoothly & fast. Great clinic to bring your pets to. Ivan was very happy with his treat. We will definitely be back for the rest of his care.

I found your staff ( Sara) to be very courteous, helpful, and very easy to deal with in these difficult times. My vet is new to me and Sophie. Sophie doesn’t say much but her tail talk was very positive. My reaction was very good. I was treated very professionally with all needs met. Thank you Bob Ferris

My only complaint was that it took a long time (over 20 minutes after I called the front desk) for Corby to be brought out to the car. There were people in cars who arrived after me who were serviced before me, so I am not sure where the oversight occurred. It definitely does not impact my overall opinion of your team. I know these are crazy times, and everyone is doing the best they can under less than ideal circumstances.
