We had a great experience and we are very happy! The Dr. was fabulous. We appreciated the information about titers and distemper options and the flexibility as we were concerned about over-vaccinating.

We were very happy at how well they cared for our Dash, They explained what me had to do after his dental care and other little surgery. Everyone is always very friendly and careing.

Doctor Harms is always so great! Explaining is always very understandable and through, everyone is very helpful!

Normally I take my pups in for the visit, but due to illness, hubby had to do it. Oddly enough he came home more knowledgeable then when he left so he must have really listened! He told me how he had that nice Dr that we usually have (Dr. Sutich) and how she got down on the floor with the dog so he would not be scared. Now, this is the normal 5 star service I usually get, I guess he is just noticing it since he was actually in charge of the dog! Great job as always!

I have absolutely loved the staff and the service we receive at Waconia. We had previously been with another vet and after the past few visits at Waconia we will be switching all of our care here even though it’s a further drive.

We love Waconia Vet & you guys are amazing with Luna who doesn t seem to let anyone else trim her nails. In full transparency, we recently took her to Belle Plain Vet Hospital as they run titers for vaccines. We would rather not have her vaccinated on a schedule, but vaccine if her body is low in titers. Would totally be back for full services if you considered running titers. We are grateful for your understanding and appreciate you all!
