I could not get the document to let me click on Excellent for questions 1 thru 5. We were very pleased with the service, especially in view of the restrictions currently in place. We received a complete report from Dr. Kilty and followed her recommendations. Since Salish s visit, and following instructions, we have seen a remarkable, positive change in Salish s behavior, she is like her old self. The diagnosis of pain in both rear leg knees appears to have been the cause of her previous behavioral change. Salish says Thank You !! Gordon & Kaaren Jonasson

The vet tech came out to pick up Hank just a few minutes after we called to let them know we were in the parking lot. I promptly got a call from Dr. Harms after the exam. It was perfect. Thank you!

I had to bring my dog in for a nail trim during quarantine. The drop off procedure was very easy. The staff quickly came out to my car and got my dog. I waited in the car for them to finish and they brought him back out. Super easy and I appreciate the fact that you are open during this time for our pets!

Since you are not allowing people in the building, an estimate of how long the exam will be and how long before the vet calls to consult is helpful. I wasn t sure if something got missed because it took longer than I had expected, just simply because I am used to sitting with my dog throughout the process... but you guys are rockstars during this covid stuff. Thanks for your dedication to our animals.

The tech that gave odin his shot was great!! Her distraction method to get the shot done quick was amazing! Odin has never taken an allergy shot that well!! And he has had allergies his whole life and he turns 3 this week!!
