Everyone is always so nice and personable. Sam wasn’t bothered by the barking and whimpering dogs that were in the building - but other kitties might not be so chill with it - short of sound proofing or dedicating part of your building to the louder pets, I dont have any good ideas on a solution to the “noise” factor.

The practice I previously worked at used to provide an estimate for cost of services- was very helpful and less stressful for clients. I anticipate the expense, but for those who may not, it would nice if it could be broken down prior to completion of services and before walking to the receptionist with a “ok, the total comes to..$400+“ bill.

I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room before going into the exam room. The receptionists and technician were very apologetic for the wait.

I had to call back a second time to talk w/ a vet tech, but was able to get in upon my 2nd call. I am very happy with the care and treatment plan that I was given.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received and feel very good about my choice to move my dog to this vet!

I was shocked by my $330 bill after a blood test and urine analysis. I think our dog is fine and to pay that much is disheartening. I had NO idea it was going to be that much for a 30 min. visit. :(

Always a great experience. They always cate for my pet.

This was fast, efficient. Jeb was nervous but staff took time to make him feel ok, he even got a treat when he left which made everything better
