Very happy with the staff, their ability to get me in around the holidays and the care my cat was given.

Dr Harms is the greatest. She does an excellent job explaining procedures/results and explains all the different avenues of care available. She’s also always been very prompt returning emails/calls with follow up questions/new concerns. We have a dog reaching end of life and she’s doing such a great job helping us keep him comfortable and I know will be there when it’s the right time.

Disappointed you no longer offer boarding for cats

The staff were friendly and scheduling was easy. Medical records were sent for promptly so the appointment could occur and I was able to schedule same-day. During my dogs nail trim though, he expresses his anal glands. I wasn t informed and he wasn t cleaned up, I found out from the smell on the way home. From sitting in it, he required a bath as his tail and surrounding fur was dirty. We are returning customers, a notification of this would have just been helpful.

We have been utilizing this clinic for 10 + years. Loving to our pet and friendly staff. My only concern is to let humans know when something isn’t right. Our pet has numerous surgical spots and when I got him home from day boarding one surgical spot was a bloody mess. No one said anything and because of its location, I didn’t notice until I got home. He has chronic skin issues with traditionally poor healing. I am totally fine with things going wrong as they usually do. Just tell me and let me know how to treat it at home. I contacted the vet right away and was told how to care for it. I just appreciate a more proactive approach to dealing with his skin issues. I love this vet clinic and this was a very minor issue to me and definitely more of a preference than a concern of care.

I just love Dr. Cotton. She is is kind and seems to be truly caring. She is realistic and straight to the point. She explains things on a level that is easy to understand and digest. She doesn t try to push unnecessary or unrealistic procedures or tests or whatever. I appreciate that she is candid. I feel very lucky to have her care for my pets.

The atmosphere was very nice when you walked in. My boys have anxiety when they went to previous vet,Not at your clinic very claiming in waiting area and rooms. Staff was very nice. I wish I had brought my boys to Waconia Vet clinic sooner!!! Would recommend clinic to everyone!

This was a very pleasant experience. Dr cotton and Emily were very helpful and kind and the front desk gals were very polite and professional. Very nice place to take an animal.

Each of the staff were concerned about the health and well-being of my cat(s) and myself. We were made to feel welcome, all care and clinical observations were explained; the staff interaction was focused on the customer/patient.

Love this practice. Dr Brad and Liz are awesome with our large and small animals. Dr Cotton is wonderful with our cat. Jamie CVT was great with our new puppy this week (so was the vet that saw her). Cathy in billing is always helpful if i have any questions. The front desk girls are always friendly and helpful the new display and shelving is also clean and nice looking. One thing that would be nice is if the practice had an emergency 24/7 after hours for small animals at the clinic. Five stars for all of the above questions.
