Great techs— they are always thrilled to work with our dog and so warm. When the bill didn’t reflect a procedure the tech did & I brought it to their attention, they chose to generously waive the fee. I was impressed with this kindness!

We love Dr. Harms! She never makes us feel rushed, always willing to share ideas and obvious that she loves her patients. Wish we had her for our previous pets.

Everything was very rushed. Nothing was explained about the cost of items. Everyone was pleasant, but it just felt like they didn t have enough time.

I had an excellent experience. We brought our brand new puppy in for a visit in the morning. She is my first dog and both the tech and the vet spent a great deal of time with me talking about bathing, showed me how to clear her ears and trim her nails...it was awesome! In the afternoon we were scheduled to bring out cats in - I was told that I could pay at the end of that visit, that was a nice feeling of being trusted - thank you. Again the tech and the vet spent time with me talking about one of our cats is not making the transition to having a dog in the house very well. The doc. suggested a collar that you sell...it is working wonders! I am 110% pleased with our visit. -Molly Frensko

Absolutely LOVE your reception staff. They are the best!!!! It s always a pleasure walking in and feeling the love from them towards our animals and the care with our appointments.

We love Dr. Kilty. We followed her when she left Chanhassen Veterinary Clinic when our vet retired. She is very knowledgable and compassionate. We make the 35 minute drive because we like her so much.

Always a great experience even when the news is complicated or difficult to handle in regards to care for Didgeridoo. The staff love on him every visit, so he feels comfortable too.

Dr. Harms is absolutely amazing.

I wish at the time that they had in my dogs record from last year that he was on the 3 years vaccine for the dhpp. Which he got again this year. Due partley to my fault also as i forgot about it. I know that its now recorded in his file for next yr.
