Brad did a wonderful job explaining Ruby s diagnosis of terminal cancer & what to expect in the weeks to come. Both he and Kari showed compassion & empathy. Brad gave Ruby pain medication so we can enjoy her last days. Ruby has been getting extra treats & hugs from our grandchildren.

The staff was incredibly snippy because my dog wasn’t up to date with his rabies vaccine. I told the scheduler I was driving for 30 minutes to arrive on time. I don’t answer my phone or texts (one lady said she texted me; it’s illegal to text and drive in Minnesota). Waconia Vet Clinic has officially lost my business and if asked, I will share my experience. You were my vets for 15 years. I can’t abide rudeness.

Darcy is a very nervous cat and Dr Cotten and team are always beyond fabulous with her making an anxious time easier for her.

Our vet tech was amazing and discussed with me how she would flag my dogs file that she preferred females and her favorite treat. Any way to make the vet less stressful for her. The vet who saw her was great and patient with her and I felt like we were well taken care of. So thankful that I found Waconia Vet Clinic ??

My dog was in for grooming. While the groomer was nice,the haircut was not. I don t feel it was worth the money charged and will not use her services again.

Dr Kielty is amazing and so kind helping us with Jazmines condition . The staff was so flexible getting us in and treated her immmediately .

Each visit is consistently good. I know what to expect and it is a very smooth transaction of time.

I had an excellent experience with everything. All the staff were very friendly and compassionate with me and my cat. They got back to me in a very timely manner with test results and getting us in for further testing and evaluation. I wouldn t go anywhere else.

The waiting area was not clean. Seats were dirty and hair everywhere.

Dr. Kilty was beyond amazing and had us leaving feeling very pleased. She answered all our questions and made sure our new puppy was okay. The vet tech that was working with her was also very kind and listened to my concerns. Very satisfied with our first visit.
