I appreciated that I was able to get in so quickly due to a cancellation. Sometimes the wait to get an appointment is way too long. I know several people who have gone elsewhere for veterinary care because of the long wait to get in.

I visited yesterday with both of my dogs for their annual visit. The staff is always so kind and helpful. Our dog pooped on the floor and everyone was so nice and cleaned it up. The vet techs and Doctors are just the best. They are so good to the animals and patient with the humans! I would never go anywhere else. It look a little longer to get in then usual, but it was easy to make the appointment and that isn’t anyone’s fault. Thank you!

Very grateful for Dr. Harms attentive care with our elderly golden.

We needed a weekend appt and it took 3 weeks before we could get in. That was ok because it was Dakota’s annual visit. It seems prudent to make more spots for weekend and evening hours for us working folks.

I had a good experience this time. I really appreciated that the doctor listened to me when I explained my pet’s behavior and let me intervene directly with my pet to support the appointment. I would continue to strongly encourage you to listen to the owners regarding their pet’s needs and motivations, as well as what will or will not help them behaviorally/emotionally. Something that may help with this trust and knowing who to listen to or put leas faith in finding out about the background your pet parents have with animals, behavior management, pet psychology, etc.

I’ve been taking our pets to this office for almost 30 years. They are the most caring, compassionate clinic I’ve ever been to. From the front office to the techs and vets, we’re always treated professionally and everyone genuinely cares about the level of service they provide. Thank you all!
