Took weeks to get in even being my dogs symptoms were severe. I understand all vets are busy right now and full, but sometimes should make exception for tough cases. This was in line with all vets in my area so they were not out of line I will say. Aside from that, I thought the entire experience was excellent. Quality care from our Doctor, felt comforted in knowing this treatment would be successful.

The staff was very friendly to me and our dog Kota- Dr Kilty was very knowledgeable about Kotas issues- we have found our new veterinarian after just moving to Waconia- thank you for all your help

My dog is a rescue and in the past he s been very anxious in a clinic settings, previously he needed to be muzzled.. The Good Dr. on first meeting handled my little guy with a level of sensitivity and empathy that was truly impressive (no muzzle). A true dog/animal whisperer I can t say enough good things about the clinic and medical staff. HIGHLY RATED, first rate !!

This was our first experience at this vet and this is our first dog. Everyone was super friendly and understanding. They gave our scared dog space and understood how to handle her. Overall, a great experience.
