There were a lot of cars waiting at 8 am on a Monday in the parking lot. I called when I arrived. The phone line was busy for 8 minutes and then the line was answered and I was put on hold. Wish that call in process could be expedited...perhaps using a feature on the meeting invite to notify the vet that you have arrived - like what stall you are in and the make and color of the vehicle ... kind of like feature target used when you order online and pick it up outside the store. Tucker is great! He processed the shot on my credit card that I have on file and let the tech know so she could bring the invoice and not need to make multiple trips when she came out to give Bailey her cytopoint injection. The tech was great too!! She was very friendly and quick. The staff is always great with Bailey. Thank you.

Our new puppy had been throwing up and we had concern for bowel obstruction. I called multiple urgent care vets and no one would see us as they were all booked. Waconia made time in their busy schedule to help out and saw her that day. She did indeed have an obstruction and needed intervention - they put her on the surgery schedule for next morning. The compassion, care, communication, and professionalism of the staff were top notch every step of the way. Our family is grateful for their passion for care.
