When I arrived for my first ever appointment, I parked and called but got a busy signal over and over each time I called. There was no option to hold for a receptionist or leave a voicemail. I was stuck with my howling cat for 10 minutes in the car before I was able to get through to anyone, but I saw other people in the cars around me pull up after me and call on their cell phones and get helped first. I thought something with the phone system was broken but apparently that s how it is designed to work? Please change this. Thank you.
