The visit with the Vet was perfect, but when I went to pay, they charged me the the high price , instead of the low price of the estimate, which was promised. so I ended up paying $22.36 more for the visit that I was told was going to be cheaper.

Always a good experience at Cassleton Vet. Zoey gets anxious at the vet but the staff is always so patient and quick, yet thorough. Have had nothing but great experiences coming here!

I am trying to send this survey but the 1st 3 will only take a 5 star. the rest won t take any star. But my experience with this clinic was wonderful. The only negative thing I would have to say is they were going to email my horses X-rays to me but they have not done it. Thank you Dr. Peterson and staff. You were both efficient and so knowledgeable.Every thing was explained so well. I felt my horses were very well taken care of.

They kept offering to test the cancer cells without giving an explanation why it would be necessary. We already know the cancer is serious and needs to be operated on.

The front desk employees were whispering behind a clipboard. I don’t care, but it is what customers see and gives off the impression they are talking about people in the waiting room. Otherwise, my visit is always pleasant.

Dr. Bartholomew is really nice

We were there for just short of 2 hours for a basic wellness for our 8 month old cat. We were initially greeted by the tech, but were told they were behind, so ended up sitting for about 45 minutes before our doctor came in, this is the second time we have had this happen where we are treated less important than others and spend a huge amount of time of just waiting in the room, then we had a triple strip test or something along those lines ( I don’t remember the exact name) that were told took about 10 minutes, only to wait about 20+ more minutes for the results. All in all we felt forgotten about and were there for a 7:50 appointment and didn’t leave until 9:40. My time is valuable as is yours, if we are expected to be on time for our appointment, I expect the same respect back. Lastly we have 4 animals with you guys ( 1 was lost to cancer) and we were treated as if we were new clients, there was no personal touch, it felt more about getting money out of us than making sure our animals were getting the best care needed and that is very off putting.

Dr. Boas and the technician who worked with Sondra were wonderful! I know she is not a fun cat when she’s at the vet. I appreciate everyone taking the time to help her and make sure she’s healthy!

I scheduled this appt in advance knowing time of year. It has been difficult in the past to get an urgent care visit.

Thank you for fitting Ava in when she and I needed it. Not having to rush her to an emergency vet meant everything.

The vet tech Ashley was super informative and took her time answering questions she’s was so sweet!

The floors are dirty. The doors are dirty and a very powerful urine smell throughout the building when you walk in.

It was my first appointment with Casselton and it was great. I was very impressed with everyone and everything. It was exceptionally busy and chaotic when I entered and there was dog poop on the rug along with urine leading to the scale. I missed the lead-up to all of that happening but it seemed that it was getting cleaned up immediately. I really liked the approach to use the hallways as waiting areas so you could have some space and privacy. I m very happy with my switch to Casselton Vet.

I could not sing your praises enough from at home to at work and to family and friends. 10/10 would definitely bring my dog here again and am actually considering changing from our other vet to here!

Dr. Huckle is the best. She takes the time to explain and is very friendly.

Thank you Dr Dowdie for checking his constant licking. It stopped immediately after putting the foam on him. I m sorry I waited so long thinking it wasn t serious. He is a happier sweet dog.

I would have appreciated an estimate prior to all the work done on Zoey. I never expected a bill of just under $1000.00. I had no idea X-rays were so costly. Everything else that was done for Zoey I’m fine with as I’m sure it is going to help her. But 4 X-rays costing $341.00 I am quite shocked. I’m very happy with Dr Bart as to what he did for Zoey but like I said. I wish I had received an estimate first.

I had to get in to an appointment on urgent care. I tried 2x on the 9am or 5pm call and no available appts. Finally, the last call the receptionist got me in on a cancellation which was very helpful! I dislike the 9am or 5pm call to urgent care as it seems to waste my time. I finally got in and everyone was very helpful.

Everything went smooth. We were able to get in at our scheduled time and review all for good thorough appointment and complete all.

Everything was great it’s just really hard to get in if you aren’t calling at least a month ahead of time.

We showed up, got right in at our time, was walked through step by step on what was going on as well as given options for additional things to be completed we didn t think of that were helpful since he was already sedated. One stop and done and reasonable price.

My wife took one of our dogs, our dog gets anxious around the vets office. In the past we’ve given her 1 100mg of trazodone the night before and 1 hours before the appointment, last year for her visit it was recommended we up the dosage to 200mg. The night before we gave her 2 100mg as prescribed, she threw up, being concerned that the dosage may have made her sick we decided to only give her 1 pill before the appointment. In my wife’s words, she was scolded for only giving her 1 pill before the appointment in a condescending tone for over 20 minutes by the vet tech. She said the information was good but the delivery was unnecessary.
