Fargo location is very busy and was over a month wait to get seen. But was directed to the Casselton location and they were very good.

The vet tech and veterinarian were WONDERFUL! I have seen a few there, but these two went above and beyond to address each concern. Explained everything so well, and were just very responsive to my concerns. I can’t thank them enough.

$30 to have anal glands expressed during a regular appointment is ridiculous. Why do you have to charge for every single little thing. This should be included with the appointment.

I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and was told the vet was at a farm call and would be here in 15 minutes. I waited at least 45 minutes passed my appointment time to be seen. I understand the vet was at a farm call and had some technical difficulties. At what point do you stop that appointment and make arrangements to come back to the farm at a later date/time to stay on schedule? It would have been nice to have been told earlier not to arrive on time since they were running late. If I would have showed up that late to my appointment it would have been cancelled or a late fee charged.

Dr. Pedersen was excellent as always. He had a busy day. Floki was gelded. Did a great job on him.

Waited over 1 hour to be seen. Than came and didn t know what the issue was as they never seen that before.

I just wish I would have been able to get everything done at the time of my appointment. Unfortunately I have to reschedule an appointment as I was unable to complete everything for my dog at the time of his appointment. My dog is reactive and it is a process of taking him out causing him and myself anxiety that I would rather avoid.

Didn’t seem to be so outrageous in price this time, thankful

Dr. Darin made a farm call over an hour away from the clinic on the same day we called. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. We had bad expeirence with a local vet clinic so we are extermely happy to have found Dr. Darin!

I will happily drive four hours for the care Tank received! Wonderful experience!

I was not happy we could not receive medication for our dog when we were traveling because you could not get us in earlier for Thor’s annual checkup. We needed the medication for traveling and because it was past the year you would send us the medication. It was just a couple weeks past the year. Unacceptable. Don’t expect us to return. You’ve lost our business and we had been with Casselton Vet for over 25 years. Ever since the office in Fargo started the service has gone down. We are so disappointed.
