I have been using Casselton Vet for over 20 years and have seen the huge changes taken place. It would really be nice if you would pave the parking lot. I would appreciate leaving with my vehicle as clean as it was when I arrived. Aside from that comment I would like to say I cannot imagine taking my pets anywhere else.

The receptionist that checked us in was a little out of sorts, possibly bad morning for her, but that should never be taken out on customers that are paying for you wages. Doctor was great with my dog. I brought my little girl in for urgent car, I waited way to long for urgent care what if this would have been more serious then what it was-no difference of waiting time from an appointment. My little girl needs surgery and the next available appointment is in 10 days, she has crystals that need to be removed, I would like to have had this done as soon as possible-I was told the next open surgery slot was in 10 days.

I wish MDs would take the time with my human children that the Vet took with my Fur baby! I have always been happy with service here and always refer to others! Thanks for the great service!

I brought in my cat. We were in the Cat exam room , it was very pleasant with the bird singing that is broadcast in that room, guess they spray pheromones as well. My cat is very nervous and skiddish, she was falling asleep in her crate by the end of the appointment. Yay!

Dr. Schmid is absolutely amazing! We love her care and compassion that she shows to all the pets that come through the doors.

There was dog hair all over in the exam room so I didn’t even want to put my purse down or sit on the chair while we were waiting for them to bring our dog back in.

I’m a new referred customer to the clinic. I have been in a few times and each experience is great from start to finish with friendly staff.

Care was excellent and I appreciated all the providers explaining to me what was going to be done, and what could reasonably be done.

Written reports would be a nice addition to the program. I came in with an injured horse and trying to understand what the diagnosis would be and how to explain to potential buys would be helpful. If this already exists, I’d love a copy. Horner equine releases their reports and it’s ao nice.

Easy to make an appointment. Very nice caring staff. We will continue care with them and look forward to there new Fargo location!

I especially appreciated Dr Barthelemy taking the time to find our CT & explain results to us in the absence of our provider. It prevented cancellation of surgery the day before surgery.

I went to two vets prior trying to figure out what was making my dog sick. This facility figured it out. Highly recommend this facility.

Really appreciate the evening hours. Is not always easy to arrange appts when you work 8-5, every weekday.

I used to go to Stockman s, but I believe it s definetly worth the shot drive from West Fargo.

Both the goats are doing great, the mother now allows the goat kid to drink from it!

The visit was pleasant, staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

The office is so busy with people and animals it s hard for us. Our dog isn t socialized very well. We love the vet but it s so busy for our dog.

As always our dog received ama in’s care.

You are a wonderful vet clinic. I had a Brittany with a nose bleed that lasted 2 weeks before I was referred to your clinic. Your staff is Wonderful. I sincerely appreciate your dedication to the animals and the effort put in to make this a procedure I could financially afford. AND not making feel like a bad pet parent for having to take into consideration the cost of the procedure when deciding what to do. The tech who checked me out and gave me my take home instructions was fantastic. I was so relieved to see my Izzy girl and the poor tech had to repeat instructions a few times before I finally grasped what she was saying. Thank you! Those words just don t seem to be enough to express my gratitude. Merry Christmas.

Very friendly staff. Genuine care for my dog. Called back to make sure he was improving. Only thing I would change is do one test at a time to eliminate issue with less cost.

Love this place! My only concern is that you are so far away. Worth the drive to your facility, you are all so friendly and helpful. Thank you for taking the time to make my pet feel comfortable there. I appreciate the time you take to explain things. You are the best!
