It would be very beneficial for the pet owners to have contact with the vet during each visit, to ask questions and address any concerns, to know our dog is getting the best service he/she needs

They are always so friendly and nice.

I was a bit shocked when I heard the total cost of the visit. I knew it was going to be a little higher because of blood work and a few shots but could your staff start talking about the fees. It would help educate us as clients but then we know what to expect for the bill.

Very pleased with facility and staff. Location is better for me in South Fargo, ND than Casselton, ND

Great Place!

We waited well past our allotted time but when other customers asked about the delay we understood that the clinic had taken two emergency situations in so we were totally fine with waiting.

I m glad we chose to go with Casselton Veterinary Service of Fargo for our newest addition to our family! I know our little puppy is in good hands after that first initial visit! Very professional, friendly, and Chewie was in no way nervous prior to, or shaken up after the visit. Thank you!

I have only been once, so hard to answer some. The staff is great, and my pup was very comfortable. To me that says a lot!Since she is only 11 weeks, I will be seeing the staff in Fargo for a long time!

Not very happy with the communication. I specifically asked for a couple of things and they went ahead and did more then what i had asked for. Will not be taking my dogs there anymore.

It was very expensive. My dog was just getting her paw checked and it cost $200!

Everyone is great. Thankful for the care and knowledge that was shared with me about my dog.

You can tell the employees care about the animals. They took the time to pet our puppy and make him feel more comfortable even before begining his exam. The staff seems very knowledgeable and experienced. After seeing the vet in our hometown 3 times in 2 days and them not knowing what was wrong we thought we had a dead puppy on our hands. I felt instant relief after Dr. Dowdle and Michelle examined him and told us what was wrong. We appreciated the daily updates on how Cash was doing.

Dr Bartholomay is a great vet and is very thorough. The vet tech was also fantastic. The wait to get in to see Dr B can be a pain but he is worth it!

All of the service was excellent - five stars and I really appreciate getting in immediately seeing as my dog was in pain.

The staff are really great and definitely are what makes them our go-to veterinary clinic.

I was un happy to be informed later, that you do not perform surgery in Fargo location. I changed to you for more convenient. I was driving to Hawley, so will stick with them for regular visits & Dental surgery. I did not want yo drive to Casselton. Thank you

On this visit the first person at the front desk was very friendly and kind. The other dark haired gal seemed cold and uninterested in being personal.

Everything was great minus the amount of time it took. A lot of sitting around waiting.

I saw Dr. Schmid assisted by Kryssy. Both interacted great with my dogs and were extremely helpful and informative. I just relocated from the Twin Cities, and this was my first visit for my 2 Cardigan Welsh Corgis. Our experience was wonderful. Everyone was kind, professional, and seemed generally invested in my dogs wellbeing. Thank you!

All the road construction made it a bit of a pain.
