when you have an appointment with a vet and she gets sick. call them or let them know she will not be there. and when someone makes a app, wright it down.

Your prices have skyrocketed! $800+ for 2 wellness checkups, heart worm & tick meds for 2 healthy dogs unbelievable! That said your staff was great, your new facility beautiful....It will be a shame if we are unable to afford to come back!

Consider sharing your barn call schedule so those of us that use your services can tap into that. I probably called for 3 months to get in before my barn owner just organized a day...perhaps if as individuals we knew your travel schedule, we could better plan and get seen more timely. Otherwise I did have good care from the team that came and they arrived on time and set up quickly.

We will definitely be coming back to this facility. Overall, it was a great experience. However, the doctor never introduced himself to us and we are new clients. Something very small that can go a long way :)

Courteous staff, clean facilities as usual!!

The lack of quality in the prescription diet is abhorrent. I didn t think about it in the moment when the bag of food was sold to me, but food that has corn as the number one ingredient is never quality. I will be returning the back of renal diet food that was sold to me as a prescriptive dog food because I cannot feed that to my pet. No dog food should include as much unnecessary fillers as the prescription foods do. I find this common among not only the Royal Canin dry but also the Science Diet. Further, after much more research, the dry kibble is not a viable option for a dog with renal/kidney failure due to the lack of moisture content.

I ve used you guys for a long time now, at least 15 years. With as many vet services as there are in the area, that should say a lot. I ve always been welcomed by warm friendly people and that sets the mood.

Appreciate the availability of urgent visits and the later hours.

I was told that two vets weren t there and there might be a wait. The vet was in and out of the room and didn t really take the time to explain things and would forget things he said before. He obviously seemed busy and kept calling my dog a she when obviously he is a boy. Usually I have great experience with CVS. This was our first time going to the Fargo clinic.

It took quite a while for the overall appointment and with an unexpected medication it was more e pensive. Would have loved to know what things cost prior to agreeing.

I brought in a little sick dog that I found on the road. The tech and doctor were caring and explained everything. They did a great job. I am so grateful for all they did. The owner s of this sweet girl was found. Thanks again
