Dr Peterson has done a great job working with our dog. the chiro/accu treatments have helped her and we are definately seeing the improvements. scheduling was done w Peterson, and all was smooth. appreciate the service

I absolutely loved the vet we saw! She took time to explain options and outcomes for something was was urgent and scary. Very happy!

I asked about Maggie s ears bothering her and i was told that there wasn t an issue. She s still flipping her ears around and scratching at them and I ve cleaned them since. I wish i could have gotten a better examination on that.

It was a VERY busy Saturday of emergencies, but the staff treated us and the others as if we were each the only clients they had. Gave us time to confer as a family after giving us all the options. CVS is always wonderful, but we especially appreciated you then. We are blessed you are here! Thank you!

I had a recheck of an ultrasound of the gallbladder. I paid the full price of the ultrasound a month before to check everything and I feel that having a recheck, you should not be charged the full price. Another 206.00 was really hard to be able to afford when I had just paid that a month prior. A recheck should be included in that initial price.

Dr. Huckle and the Techs have always been great.It seems to take a long time to get checked out after the visit with the Dr and Techs.Speed up the checking out process or have it so a person could log in online to pay the bill. Such as hospitals do in the Fargo area.I can log into Essentia online and pay what my insurance doesn t cover. I ve sat for over 30 minutes in previous visits after I met with the Dr waiting to pay. My time is valuable too.

I would rather have blood draws etc. done in my presence. I know different dogs/clients need different care, maybe your primary doctor could ask your chart stating how it should be done.

Didnt appreciate how I had to have my dog at the clinic at 730am for him to be fixed at 230pm. Was told on the phone he would be ready at 330 when I made the appointment. I found it funny I never got a call by 230 that day, so I called and he was just in surgery. When I came to get him, the paperwork was incorrect and they were not ready for me at 435pm. I was very disappointed in my service this time. I most likely will be taking my vet care elsewhere.

All staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable except Beth. She definitely lacks CS skills and compassion. For some people their pets are their family, it would be nice if she was respectful of that and more friendly. On a side note Dr. Schmid and Dr. Huckle are very compassionate and caring. The care we have received from them keeps us coming back. Even if CVS prices were higher than other facilities we would always come back because of the way they have treated our pets and us.

This might be more my own fault, but I was asked about administering a shot, or coming in for an appointment to do it, and I don t recall any followup or even what the shot was for. I should probably find out what I need to do regarding that. I m wondering if I was supposed to make an appointment while there but it didn t happen. Thanks for clearing up any confusion.
