DR. Bartholomay is great! He was gentle and perceptive of our dog s condition, and identified class 2 heart murmur that we did not know about. He then asked about her diet before prescribing a specific dosage of taurine for her. She was given stem cells so we cannot yet speak to outcome, but we are optimistic that this treatment will reviatlize her and diminish her joint pain.

The air freshener was so excessive my daughter had to go outside, and if I were more mobile I would have, too, after letting the desk know.

Everyone was great and my pup felt very comfortable there.

We will be switching our other dog and 2 cats over to Casselton Vet as well. They were able see us fast and the vet and vet tech were amazing. I would Refer anyone looking for a vet to come here.

We were not aware that our dog would have to spend the night after she was spayed. The only suggestion I would make is to notify the family of this before they drop their dog off. Other than that everything was great.

This was my first visit to the clinic. I was very pleased with the level of care and concern provided by Dr Trevor and Tara, and everyone we met at the clinic. My 15 year old sick kitty is acting like a kitten again, so I couldn t be happier with my entire experience. Thank you!

There was a lady at the reception desk with 2 large dogs. For some reason, one of them was off leash and came towards my dog aggressively. Murphy was nervous the rest of the visit. He s social and has been coming here for 8 years. I hope he settles down for his next visit. Everyone was very kind and checked on Murphy multiple times and gave him extra love and treats while we were there.

You have a great staff

Staff is always very pleasant. I love Casselton Vet. The tech called me after my dogs surgery to make sure he was doing okay and to see if I had any questions. I love that you guys reach out to customers instead of me having to call to get information. I don t ever have any questions after being at the clinic. You guys do an amazing job at explaining things thoroughly. Thank you for all you guys do!

I was thankful I could have my pet seen and receive such great service. Everyone was friendly and really seemed to care and know their stuff. However, I was told someone would call for follow up and never heard from anyone.

The vet and vet tech were absolutely amazing. There was a wait to check in and a long wait to pay and check out. The front desk lady was being trained I believe, so the 2nd person was doing the work of both. It will get better! Also when I called to make an appt and check what costs were, I think it was the same new lady who answered and she didn t know what vaccines we needed but also didn t check, just told me what she thought. Again this will get better with time. Keep up the good work!

I know that it’s easier having the benches in the rooms for cleaning, etc but they were terribly uncomfortable. We were in the exam room for over an hour for the exam, tests and waiting for results. I have chronic back pain so sitting on the hard surface, not able to touch the floor and no back rest was painful for me.

I feel like for what I got coming in, knowing a tooth was probably going to need to be extracted, it seemed over priced for only getting my cat weighed,another appointment getting scheduled, and three pills for $60.

Dr. Huckle did a great job examining and explaining what was going on with with my injured agility dog. Her exam was thorough and she explained her findings to me. Eventhough she couldn t find the cause of the problem, she was able to rule out the major concerns and helped me to run my dog safely at the show that weekend. The only thing I wasn t thrilled with was how long she prescribed pain meds for. I thought it was prescribed much longer than needed. I appreciate that you have same day appointments.

One thing that is very important to me is when I am treated kinda like a friend. It is very nerve racking to go to the vet like going to the Dr. You always expect the worse. I like that my pet was examined, and we visited, and there was suggestions and thoughts exchanged. And no one tried talking me into major tests, and blood work, and shots etc. That can become very overwhelming. So my experience was very good

We go to a different clinic, and the vet my cat sees was unavailable one afternoon. I had a very sick cat, and called your new clinic in Fargo. They were able to see her at 5. Dr. Wendy was so great and willing to help us. It was very busy and they had just opened a couple weeks before, but we still got great care. Thank you for helping us and your extended hours are great!
