We had the wrong time for our appointment and arrived after the appointment time. They were very kind and went to find out if we could be squeezed in. They were able to work us in and even get an EKG test done that they determined was needed. We have been very pleased with all services we have received at Casselton.

When I approached the reception desk, one gal was on the phone so I stood in front of the other gal that was on her computer. She didn t say anything to me or acknowledge me. She got up from her chair and said something that I couldn t hear and went to the back. When she came back she said a couple words and then told me what I owed. Felt a bit uncomfortable that she had me stand there for a few minutes without saying anything.

I chose Casselton Vet because they were open for an urgent care appt on Saturday. They got my dog in within 2 hours, took amazing care of him, and were very affordable. I am considering moving our care to this vet permanently. Dr Bengtson did a great job, and our dog is doing well. Thank you!

Worst experience ever! We will be going elsewhere. Our dog had a sore on his paw. We assumed it was a just a wort that was bothering him. The vet barely looked at it & proceeded to tell me, he didn t think that was it a wort & they not long ago he saw a similar looking bump and that dog passed in 3 weeks! He kept on talking about quality of life & he would test it & we would talk. Said it may be fast growing or possibly there will be more time. I was beside myself & in your bathroom calling my husband crying. Well low & behold, vet comes out about 15 min later & says good news for Charlie, it s a wort. Why didn t he just say let s test & see what it is before even mentioning cancer or seeming pretty positive it looked like cancer. I cried the whole way home. I don t feel like he even looked over Charlie s history or gave us any good advice. We will never come back & will make sure our friends don t either.

Did not like how making the appt. Worked. Called first thing at 9. Told to call after 12 noon for afternoon appt. Or call after 3pm to get later appt. Had to worry thru out the day that I would not get in at all. Called at 2:15 and then could not get in until 7:15. Just didn t seem right to me. Both times I called was on hold for 5-10 min. before the call was answered and then asked to hold again.

The facility was open on the weekend for a normal wellness exam, which was extremely convenient for myself and my family. I work normal business hours, so I would normally have to take time off for a Vet visit. The doctor and techs were extremely helpful with my dogs. One was apprehensive and attempted to hide behind my legs while being exammed. At home, she is usually very territorial so I was afraid she would nip or bite. They were very respectful to give her space. My other dog, who is normally laid back was a bit more aggressive than usual, and they handled her easily as well.

Obviously the construction right now sucks, but all in all the new facility is BEAUTIFUL and so CLEAN! Everyone is so nice and we love that we found a vet clinic that we trust!
