I was quoted 116 for a cat haircut and was charged 163. It s not the price I m upset about it was that I was charged 10.75 to have a kennel sanitized and a wellness exam that was not needed due to the fact that she was seen at her normal vet in January. Maybe in the future tell the client ahead of time to avoid sicker shock.

The front desk ladies aren’t really friendly. I got treated like I was stupid.

our dog was done at 1130 nobody called to tell us 2hrs later we came in they said they were to busy with appoints no reason for this I might just go to someone else next time

The wait time for our appointment was very long (an hour past our scheduled time) and then the appointment felt a bit rushed. The vet we saw and the vet tech were both very friendly and knowledgeable though. The receptionists weren t especially friendly.

Only problem I had was that I asked that they fax confirmation of vaccinations to boarding/daycare facilities and it was not done. I had to have Eddie and Barkus reach out to them to get the information needed so my dog to go to daycare.

Unable to find answers with a couple different vets in Grand Forks, having them refer us to UofM, we took it upon ourselves to give you guys a shot in hopes we would get answers and care WITHOUT traveling to Minneapolis. Dr Huckle gave us answers, top class care we haven’t experienced prior and reassurance in the diagnosis and prognosis. We are so thankful we took this route and now will continue to include you in our dogs routine care.

Paid for a puppy package but very time I come in I get charged for everything. Not sure what the puppy package was for. Never get to see a Vet. An assistant takes dog in back room. Never see if anything is done. I ask a question and the assistant says she is not sure and will ask the vet. The reason I go to a vet service is to see the vet. Does one even work there? It’s like going to the doctor and only seeing a nurse.

Great facility, staff, and treatment!

I was a little confused at the appt. I knew it was for a heart worm test, but when I scheduled the appt., online I requested to see Dr. Huckle. I wanted her to bring her update on the health changes in my dog, which were significant and I had some questions for her and I only saw a techniician who hadn t even read her file.

My dog was seen 2 or 3 times for the same thing . You made the difference . The Lyme test check was a great idea to do and put remove all the stress about possibly Lyme being the cause. Within 2 days he is longer rolling (this persistent symptom as even driving him nuts) he is also no longer having to go out at night. Great Job the Ivermectin did something. I was also very pleased to know that a dog would get antobiotics if antibodies were present even without sympstoms. This disease should never taken slightly but sadly it appears that ?? city vets do not see it that way (yet). You may pass this good news to the vet that treated him. I am super duper pleased ! KEEP IT UP. Will recommend to everybody else that needs quality care.

The Vet Tech I worked with didn t seem to know what was going on, even bringing out the wrong report of visit that I had to correct her on. The Veterinarian that I worked with this time didn t seem very personable and didn t offer a lot of dialogue. A suggestion I would have is that just as humans have a primary doctors, pets should get a primary Vet so they know the pet and the pet feels more comfortable.

I love you guys, you listen, explain, never rush, and acknowledge that I know my dog. Thank you...could you open a satellite clinic in Fargo?? :)
