I m old. I wish they had given my dog the shots she needs in June when I was there in May. It s getting to be a long drive.

I appreciate all the reminders I get about scheduling appointments but it would be really nice if somehow you could tell me a good date to come in for all shots needed. This last time I came in and was told I have to come back in a month for another.

My dog has had reactions to vaccines in the past and the staff in Casselton were so understanding and made me feel like he was in good hands there. We are glad we chose Casselton for Prince’s care after hearing many good comments

Staff seemed very insincere. One of my dogs first time there. She was scared and has bad anxiety, they didn’t try to work with her at all to relax her. Will not be going back.

I brought in a seizing mini pig and she was taken back and treated within a minute of me walking through the door. Everybody was very friendly and kept me posted throughout the day. I was able to pick her up that afternoon, and I was pleasantly surprised to have followup phone calls from the vet to see how she was doing at home. Thanks a million!

Everything was great until I got the bill at the front desk. Was $200 and we didn’t even see a vet. I guess I can be thankful that our dog is healthy. I’m a retired schoolteacher from Central Cass and I don’t remember earning $200 for a whole days work. The simple heartworm and flea and tick test and treatment for the next six months was $200.

The tech that helped with Jerzee was great, along with the doctor we saw. When I first came in there was no greeting from the staff behind the desk. It was the same when it was time to pay, etc. The receptionist was very bland and I told my husband that it certainly wasn t a very friendly atmosphere.

The visit was a barn call for horses, Dr. Hannah and assistant arrived early and set up efficiently, handled 7 patients with care and professionalism. We all had the time we needed to ask questions and Dr. Hannah has everything needed with her. Excellent visit. Thank you.

we had blood drawn from our horse Aroe on May 4, it is now May 15 and we haven t heard back the results yet of the blood test!

The woman at the front desk was not friendly - she was curt, no smile, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her at 7:15am. Not the customer service I ve experienced in the past.

Vet tech and Vet were very friendly. The front desk not so much, I think they forget they are the first and last impressions with customers. I felt like I was bothering them while trying to handover several hundred dollars. I have heard from others (many former customers) that their clinics are always very friendly and they feel welcome, a feeling myself and many others do not get at Casselton Veterinary Service. Please remind your staff that they yes indeed are still in the customer service industry.

For the most part everything went well and I do appreciate the staff, but It s been over 2 weeks though and I ve still not been told what to do about horse s fecal. At this point I feel I should be refunded that charge because the whole point of it was to know if this horse needed to be dewormed or if something else is going on with her. I guess I ll just be deworming to rule it out on my own since I haven t had anyone go over results.

I was quoted 116 for a cat haircut and was charged 163. It s not the price I m upset about it was that I was charged 10.75 to have a kennel sanitized and a wellness exam that was not needed due to the fact that she was seen at her normal vet in January. Maybe in the future tell the client ahead of time to avoid sicker shock.

The front desk ladies aren’t really friendly. I got treated like I was stupid.

our dog was done at 1130 nobody called to tell us 2hrs later we came in they said they were to busy with appoints no reason for this I might just go to someone else next time

The wait time for our appointment was very long (an hour past our scheduled time) and then the appointment felt a bit rushed. The vet we saw and the vet tech were both very friendly and knowledgeable though. The receptionists weren t especially friendly.

Only problem I had was that I asked that they fax confirmation of vaccinations to boarding/daycare facilities and it was not done. I had to have Eddie and Barkus reach out to them to get the information needed so my dog to go to daycare.
