Written reports would be a nice addition to the program. I came in with an injured horse and trying to understand what the diagnosis would be and how to explain to potential buys would be helpful. If this already exists, I’d love a copy. Horner equine releases their reports and it’s ao nice.

I especially appreciated Dr Barthelemy taking the time to find our CT & explain results to us in the absence of our provider. It prevented cancellation of surgery the day before surgery.

The office is so busy with people and animals it s hard for us. Our dog isn t socialized very well. We love the vet but it s so busy for our dog.

You are a wonderful vet clinic. I had a Brittany with a nose bleed that lasted 2 weeks before I was referred to your clinic. Your staff is Wonderful. I sincerely appreciate your dedication to the animals and the effort put in to make this a procedure I could financially afford. AND not making feel like a bad pet parent for having to take into consideration the cost of the procedure when deciding what to do. The tech who checked me out and gave me my take home instructions was fantastic. I was so relieved to see my Izzy girl and the poor tech had to repeat instructions a few times before I finally grasped what she was saying. Thank you! Those words just don t seem to be enough to express my gratitude. Merry Christmas.

If there is going to be an additional $58 charge for a “checkup” before the chiropractor visit, that should be stated before the exam is done. My dog has been doing those visits for over a year and a half, and that was quite the shock of a bill.

Castleton Vet Hospital has always been very informative and thoughtful when I ve brought my pets in. I feel very fortunate to have my friends get their healthcare provided by the awesome staff at the Castleton Vet Hospital. They ve definitely earned their 5 Star status.

Will never cone back everything was an upsale. Recommendations for actions that are not needed. No hard data. 1st time i ever had a Vet not attend to the immediate problem. Had to come back to pay for items that were missed. Facility would rather make money then treat animals. Will drive 1hr away to see a quality vet from now on.
