Appreciate phone call back and extra time Dr Bartholomay spent explaining surgery

Dr. Huckle and the Techs have always been great.It seems to take a long time to get checked out after the visit with the Dr and Techs.Speed up the checking out process or have it so a person could log in online to pay the bill. Such as hospitals do in the Fargo area.I can log into Essentia online and pay what my insurance doesn t cover. I ve sat for over 30 minutes in previous visits after I met with the Dr waiting to pay. My time is valuable too.

I would rather have blood draws etc. done in my presence. I know different dogs/clients need different care, maybe your primary doctor could ask your chart stating how it should be done.

Didnt appreciate how I had to have my dog at the clinic at 730am for him to be fixed at 230pm. Was told on the phone he would be ready at 330 when I made the appointment. I found it funny I never got a call by 230 that day, so I called and he was just in surgery. When I came to get him, the paperwork was incorrect and they were not ready for me at 435pm. I was very disappointed in my service this time. I most likely will be taking my vet care elsewhere.

All staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable except Beth. She definitely lacks CS skills and compassion. For some people their pets are their family, it would be nice if she was respectful of that and more friendly. On a side note Dr. Schmid and Dr. Huckle are very compassionate and caring. The care we have received from them keeps us coming back. Even if CVS prices were higher than other facilities we would always come back because of the way they have treated our pets and us.

This might be more my own fault, but I was asked about administering a shot, or coming in for an appointment to do it, and I don t recall any followup or even what the shot was for. I should probably find out what I need to do regarding that. I m wondering if I was supposed to make an appointment while there but it didn t happen. Thanks for clearing up any confusion.

Ever since your buisness has grown it feels like the quality of service has gone down. I didnt feel listened to, and I felt like I was an inconvenience to everyone there besides the vet tech, who was awesome. We plan on finding a smaller vet for future visits.

Thank you for your excellent care of my little Izzy. Dr. Bartholomay was exceptional! He took a lot of time with Izzy, explained all of the results extensively with me, and he even did an ultrasound of her heart, while doing the scheduled abdominal ultrasound. He didn t charge me extra either, which is very much appreciated!!! CVS is, to me, the Mayo Clinic for animals---just wonderful! Thank you all so much!

It has been difficult to get through by phone recently. It took several days of calling to get through to speak to someone.

Dr Brad rocks. Love his puppy behavioral technique on suspend, hug, and cradle.

Dr. Dalzell and Tech Kalli were very caring and took great care of my cat, Murphy.
