Your facility and professional caregivers are absolutely wonderful! In an emergency situation I was seen immediately and even got some care for my second horse that was there as a ride along. Very happy when I left Casselton!

The hour drive is so worth it! Our poor pup had a broken leg and your office has been more than helpful. I feel confident in the directions we are given at each visit and support through his healing process. Never a problem getting in or getting advice if I am concerned about something. I always wondered why so many people made the drive out to Casselton when there are so many vets in Fargo. After our appointment with Dr. Dowdle I understand why! She was very thorough, listened to our concerns about our furbabies, and offered multiple diagnostic & treatment approaches. We ll definitely be back!

Only suggestion is if my cats file says she needs to be sedated please do that. At the appt my husband said it was okay to try without sedation but it wasn’t. They did stop right away but it’s very stressful to zeeby to even try. I was told the vet and assistants were great otherwise.

Both of the women I dealt with (tech and vet) were extremely nice and helpful and great with my cat.

Dr. Wieland is the best. He is the reason that we drive from Minneapolis to Casselton for our visits, He listens, understands our concerns and is completely approachable and always takes time to answer my annoying questions. I can t say enough great things about him.

It was great! Dr.Bjerke is a fantastic vet and knows his stuff! Wonderful place!

Dr. Bartholomay explained the options we have clearly and is very caring.

The vet tech was the only individual that was friendly and nice to me. The receptionist was rude and so was the Vet. I was told that I would have results back within 10 minutes. After 40 minutes of waiting, I told the receptionist I had to leave for an appointment with my client. She was very snarky and stated “I don’t even know who you are” I provided her with my name. I let her know I was waiting on test results, but that I couldn’t wait any longer. She made the comment “well I can’t speed results up”. I told her that I understood, but I was told it would take 10 minutes and that I have been sitting here for 40, and asked if they can just call me with the results. She called back to the vet and said again in a snarky tone “Puppy’s name’s owner is leaving I guess because she has an appointment with a client or something I don’t know haha” She then told me that they were getting meds ready for my pup. The vet came out and explained what was wrong. I apologized to her that I was in a rush to get out of there and tried explaining to her that I am a social worker, so have client appointments I need to make it to. She cut me off mid sentence and said in a snarky tone “I guess that’s just what you have to expect when coming to see the doctor” I have taken my puppy there for months now, and have spent a lot of money there, but will be looking for a different vet because of how I was treated.

Both the vet tech and vet were friendly and curtious. They explained everything and answered our questions.
