Easy, friendly, convenient! I always feel like they have my dog interests in mind!

This might be more my own fault, but I was asked about administering a shot, or coming in for an appointment to do it, and I don t recall any followup or even what the shot was for. I should probably find out what I need to do regarding that. I m wondering if I was supposed to make an appointment while there but it didn t happen. Thanks for clearing up any confusion.

Ever since your buisness has grown it feels like the quality of service has gone down. I didnt feel listened to, and I felt like I was an inconvenience to everyone there besides the vet tech, who was awesome. We plan on finding a smaller vet for future visits.

Thank you for your excellent care of my little Izzy. Dr. Bartholomay was exceptional! He took a lot of time with Izzy, explained all of the results extensively with me, and he even did an ultrasound of her heart, while doing the scheduled abdominal ultrasound. He didn t charge me extra either, which is very much appreciated!!! CVS is, to me, the Mayo Clinic for animals---just wonderful! Thank you all so much!

It has been difficult to get through by phone recently. It took several days of calling to get through to speak to someone.

Dr Brad rocks. Love his puppy behavioral technique on suspend, hug, and cradle.

Dr. Dalzell and Tech Kalli were very caring and took great care of my cat, Murphy.

I came in for shots but had other questions about my dog’s condition. The vet tech didn’t have answers and didn’t find anyone to answer them for me.

Dr. Bartolomay is awesome. I love that if I want advice about natural remedies I can ask him.

We love staff at Casselton vet- always helpful and glad to see us and make us feel important.

I love the fact that you guys had ER spots available. I was told by my regular vet that they were booked up through next Tuesday, but agreed that she warranted immediate attention... I called you guys after having 2 different friends have a similar experience go to you guys within hours of experiencing a problem. Thank you for being available for my kitty.

I m old. I wish they had given my dog the shots she needs in June when I was there in May. It s getting to be a long drive.

I appreciate all the reminders I get about scheduling appointments but it would be really nice if somehow you could tell me a good date to come in for all shots needed. This last time I came in and was told I have to come back in a month for another.

My dog has had reactions to vaccines in the past and the staff in Casselton were so understanding and made me feel like he was in good hands there. We are glad we chose Casselton for Prince’s care after hearing many good comments

Staff seemed very insincere. One of my dogs first time there. She was scared and has bad anxiety, they didn’t try to work with her at all to relax her. Will not be going back.
