My Akira has Degenerative Myelopathy and in the last stages of her 8 year life. The were willing to get certified to perform spinal surgery before the diagnosis of Myelopathy. There was no conditions and willingness to do the impossible. All of the care givers fell in love with her. She liked them too. I am very thankful for their dedication and friendship. Arnold

The vet we saw was thorough and friendly. I really liked her. I think her name was Jill. The vet tech was also sweet. My older cairn has never been to sure of the vet but the puppy sure seemed to be fine

Great place! The staff is almost too friendly. My dog Max likes going.

The only thing I did not like was the fact that my dog was sent home with 3 huge bruises on his legs because someone could not get an IV in his vein. He was so sore he wouldn’t walk up or down stairs for 2 days.

I was a little disturbed by the person that did the blood draw. She ended up taking Whiz to the back. He won t leave his kennel and won t go outside to do what he needs to do and it has been days.

It was easy to get in but I scheduled a month or so ahead of the appointment date. It has been nearly impossible to get anyone in without a 4-6 week lead time lately.

If you’re going to tell a client their animal is “eligible” for the “Senior” Checkup, tell them what the price of that “eligible” check up is! Talk about sticker shock upon checkout. Very disappointed in staff for not informing me it was an expensive checkup.

Receptionist was impatient and seemed annoyed.

So happy with care and concern for our pet. Also called to check on her the next week. We are very impressed. We are a 25 yr customer.

Your service has been highly recommended to me by family and friends. However, I felt the doctor was in a hurry.

It was great being able to leave my injured mule on a day when the schedule was fully booked, and the vets fit her in. I was able to pick her up later and get all the instructions, and didn’t need to take time off for her to be taken care of. Love the flexibility and the caring team members there!

I received several phone calls. Was told I would drop off my dog and they would do some tests including an ultra sound. No exam, no ultra sound and was told what I already knew. It was evident that they didnt have knowledge of his problem. It was a water if time and money driving for over an hour to go to you facility.
