Dr. Bartholomay explained the options we have clearly and is very caring.

The vet tech was the only individual that was friendly and nice to me. The receptionist was rude and so was the Vet. I was told that I would have results back within 10 minutes. After 40 minutes of waiting, I told the receptionist I had to leave for an appointment with my client. She was very snarky and stated “I don’t even know who you are” I provided her with my name. I let her know I was waiting on test results, but that I couldn’t wait any longer. She made the comment “well I can’t speed results up”. I told her that I understood, but I was told it would take 10 minutes and that I have been sitting here for 40, and asked if they can just call me with the results. She called back to the vet and said again in a snarky tone “Puppy’s name’s owner is leaving I guess because she has an appointment with a client or something I don’t know haha” She then told me that they were getting meds ready for my pup. The vet came out and explained what was wrong. I apologized to her that I was in a rush to get out of there and tried explaining to her that I am a social worker, so have client appointments I need to make it to. She cut me off mid sentence and said in a snarky tone “I guess that’s just what you have to expect when coming to see the doctor” I have taken my puppy there for months now, and have spent a lot of money there, but will be looking for a different vet because of how I was treated.

Both the vet tech and vet were friendly and curtious. They explained everything and answered our questions.

Randi is awesome! Her communication both before and after Choco’s Dental was superior!

The only concern I had was that a lump was found and a biopsy taken, the tech who went through everything with me as I was picking up my dog didn’t know much of anything about what was found. Maybe I’m just a worrier but it would be nice to know what that lump might be and what the next steps would be if the biopsy comes back positive.

I was very satisfied with both the vet tech and doctor. She (Jill)explained options for my dog s prognosis, possible treatment, and answered my questions.

I booked online and rescheduled via phone for what I thought was a yearly well check and vaccines. Once arrived pet was taken back for vaccines and blood work, asked to wait 6-7 minutes until lab was done. 45 minutes later, sent to check out. Luckily it was then caught that no well check had been completed. Was put in with another vet other than scheduled for a quick exam. Everyone was kind, but I m not sure if I booked wrong or what happened with the chain of events.

Dr. Reichert s with his assistants was the best floating of a horses teeth that I had ever seen done. Thank You. Hazel & Del

I experienced an over 30 minute wait time to checkout. If that is the normal wait time to leave, you have some work to do. Everthing else was high quality.
