We are so happy to be back at Carlton Vet services! We are even more happy that Dr. Schmid is back! We just love her. With our last visit with it cat our Tigger everyone was amazing. Our cat is a sweetheart at home but doesnt really like going the the vet and are visit went great in spite of that. The staff knew how to take care of him. We can stress how happy we are with Dr. SCHMID! She takes amazing care of our cat Tigger and dog Yeti!!!

I was frustrated getting Bella scheduled but the service when I got there was excellent and professional. Thanks so much for getting her in. It was really appreciated.

My daughter was the one who took Bubba to the appointment. She was really impressed with everything. Bubba will be returning on Thurs for his second chiro/acupuncture treatment. He is doing amazingly better.

Just a couple of minor comments: I don t understand, for the number of DVMs you have, why I had to wait almost two weeks for a simple rabies/distemper vaccination. I realize that there was also a wellness exam, but still, 2 weeks seems a bit protracted. The other comment I have is, why schedule an appointment when you don t have the office staff to see to the clients you are serving. The poor woman who was at the desk on the day of my appointment was by herself, answering phones, taking payments, noting client arrivals, and in my case, had to set up a payment plan. There should have been at least one more person at the desk; that poor woman was nearly frazzled. Better lunch scheduling procedures should be established. Otherwise, I was very happy with my visit to your facility. It s clean, it s bright, the office staff and the medical staff were wonderful. You ve got some good people; you should be proud.

The atmosphere has changed the past few years. Front desk staff used to be friendly and polite. Now they are short and rude on the phone, have a know-it-all attitude, and are very unpleasant to deal with both in person and on the phone. Twice in the last year I have scheduled appointments with what I thought would be the veterinarian, only when I arrived I was told it was a tech appointment. Staff do not listen to my concerns when I call and do not explain the appointment scheduling system. This being said, the vets and vet techs are great to work with. Unfortunately the front desk staff are not and I will be looking for a different clinic because of them.

This was one of the best visits I have had to Casselton Vet. The Dr that saw my dog was phenomenal and I actually felt like she cared. She made conversation with me which made me feel much more comfortable. I really appreciate the care Kimber and I received.
