Our pet got extremely sick in the middle of the night and we didn t know what was wrong with him. He was breathing very hard and was tumbling all over the floor. We called the clinic right away and the vet on duty told us the only thing she could do was to inject our pet a steroid. She told us that if we brought our pet to the clinic there would be no one to monitor him during the night and that she was about to leave for the night anyway. She told us to take our pet to the animal emergency room in Fargo! In the morning, I scheduled an appt at your clinic to follow up our visit to the emergency clinic in Fargo. When I saw the vet, it was obvious she didn t go over the records from the emergency clinic. She also didn t provide the treatment info I needed to treat my pet even after requesting it several times. She kept telling me it will all be written down (which never happened). The cause of my pet s condition was also not investigated. Also, no follow-up appointment was scheduled even though it was needed for his next antibiotic injection. This was the worst service I ve ever gotten. My experience SHOULD be addressed to the higher up. The fact that a vet who was on emergency duty and refused to see my pet without knowing what was really wrong with him was disgraceful and unprofessional!

The main reason I came in was to get approved for a refill prescription. The vet never told me if I was to continue with the current meds or wait until the new prescriptions were finished. Also did not refill prescription.

They were so great and informative made the whole experience a win!

I had made an appointment to see Dr. Huckle. However, when I got to the clinic, I was told I would be seeing Dr Schmid. When I asked why, I was not given an explanation, but the lady at the desk said that she would note that I would like to see Dr. Huckle in the future. I felt that there was something dishonest about the situation, especially after I checked my confirmation email that clearly stated I was to see Dr. Huckle, as indicated in part of that email below: Your Appointment Has Been Booked Dear Paula, Thank you for booking the following appointment: Opening selected Friday, March 23, 2018 1:45 PM Request made by Paula Frazee-Sperling Request for Max #163854 (Canine/Weimaraner) Reason Dr. Huckle/Wellness/Vaccination - Small Animal Only/Wellness/Vaccination Your message Max is due for several vaccinations the middle of April. Always an enjoyable visit with a great staff, but the waiting area smelled like old pee, or something.. it was very off putting. Otherwise all around another great visit.

Other than keeping the dogs in the vehicles, it would be amazing to have a ‘safe’ area where dogs who need a little more space can go.

This was an emergency visit on Sunday. The doctor was in with another patient, so I understand the wait. My dogs enjoyed the quiet environment - they curled up on the rug and rested. Lynn was wonderful, too!
