Very satisfied with care, friendliness of staff, very clean environment, and feel confident in the care of each vet we have seen. We especially love Dr. Bartholomay! I can count on him and have great trust in all he recommends. He is gentle and kindly. And never misses anything! Waiting time depends mostly on emergency cases and time necessary for the care of someone s pet. I have no qualms in waiting a little longer, if there is a pet who needs more time. It could be mine the next time. Thank you for giving my kids such great care!

Beth was amazing! She was very helpful with our concerns and even handled our dog and his issues better than the vet did.

The staff has been always great to work with very caring , compassionate and knowledgeable. I can’t think of another place I would take my fur baby. Love the service.

I booked my appointment using the online feature and I booked with Dr. Bjerke as we have had him in the past and we like him. When my husband brought Peaches in he said that it was a lady that helped him and Dr. Bjerke did not even see Peaches. It would be nice to feel confident that you will see who you book the appointment with and if not be notified either prior to the appointment or when we arrive for the appointment that someone else will be doing the exam. Otherwise we are very happy to be using Casselton Vet.

Dr. Peterson goes above and beyond! I have been seeing him for 3 years now and I won’t see anyone else!

The vet tech was great. I got the sense the doctor was scared my dog was going to bite him. Animals can sense that. This doctor better get over that fear. Yes, it s in his record, he wore a muzzle last time, but he was a new rescue dog and needed some time adjusting after some suspected abuse and neglect. He has come a long way since then.

The wait time in the exam room seemed a little long, but they were staining a sample to look at so not sure how long that takes.

The best vet I ve ever been to. Got me in the same day of calling, and made it extremely quick and easy to take care of.

This was my first visit and I was more than impressed! The staff took the time to listen, get a clear understanding of the history, and they treated my cat like it was their own! My only disappointment it that I wasn’t a client sooner!!!!!!
