Can we please get Jackson’s meds on 90 day refills. His gabapentin was a 90 script. Today I tried refilling it and it went down to a 30 day refill. 30 days is $27 and 90 days is $44 at Skripts in Costco. I was at the pharmacy today and called Casselton Fargo and spent 17 minutes on hold before I gave up. We spend like $500 a month on Jackson’s care and saving $40 on med refills is significant for us. I know it’s a crazy world and it’s hard to have enough trained employees and it seems there aren’t enough vet clinics. We think you guys are awesome! We’re just so frustrated to get to the pharmacy and we can’t save money because it’s changed to a 30 day script. I’m guessing that’s standard? Jackson’s condition is chronic. Please send Skripts Pharmacy notice that Jackson can have a 90 day supply of Gabapentin and Rimadyl. Can you please let us know you did this or tell me why you can’t? There was a bit of a misunderstanding about when I could take my pet home. When I booked my appointment and again when I checked my pet in, I was told I could take her home same day as her procedure. When the surgery was done I was told by the tech that I could not take my pet home due to the type of procedure. This completely made sense once explained however because I came from Canada (and had a lengthy trip) I had to make special arrangements to be away yet another night. This cost me extra money for a hotel, food as well as missed wages because I couldn’t get back in time. Once again, the tech was informative about why and I agreed with her, I just wish the admin staff had informed me correctly so I could’ve made the appropriate arrangements beforehand. Otherwise everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful, informative and empathetic. I would recommend you to my American friends.

Dr. BJERKE we are having a problem with Silver. We gave him his first dose of clindamycin today and he stopped eating. He was hiding he’s paranoid. I had to prime out from under the bed multiple times his tongue is strawberry, red and burning hot and his gums are swollen and he’s wandering around everywhere just aimlessly. I contacted the Castleton vet in Fargo no answer for 17 minutes. I think they closed on me when I called, please let me know. I didn’t even give them all of his heart meds because I can’t open his mouth. He refuses to let you open his his jaw and he stuck his paw in his mouth, opened his nails and was digging his nails into his gums and his mouth and I’ve never seen this before. I don’t know what’s happening with the extraction or the clindamycin I have Benadryl here that I can give him. Please let me know something if you get this please I’m still recovering from my procedure but I haven’t had any sleep since Monday actually Sunday but I’m gonna head out to you guys whatever I need to do for him because I’m terrified .

I ve had my cat in for the same thing over his 12 years. This visit I m told something completely different than all previous times. He was seen every time by Casselton Vet. Since it s basically science and presumably the vets all passed and learned the same stuff, I question why the different diagnosis?????

They’re budget conscious and try to find affordable options even if it means buying from another vendor. I can tell they truly love my dog and care for her very well!

I always feel welcomed and heard regarding my concerns with my pets. My dogs are beyond loved and they enjoy being here because they’re treated so fantastic. They love the techs so much they wait in front of the door for the techs to come back expecting pets and treats.

WE ARE PLEASED WITH THE CARE tROUBLE RECEIVED

Riggs had some anxiety with vets this summer after a rough ear infection that was causing him to be aggressive towards staff when getting his allergy shots. He s been much better and has had no issues recently but the tech we had this week was great. She greeted him in the hallway and approached confidently which made him at ease. Body language means so much to them and she nailed it.

We appreciate and value the staff at Casselton Vet. We know that our furry loved ones are always in good hands and well cared for. Thank you for all that you do… each and everyone of you.

It was my first time at the Casselton clinic. When I arrived for my puppy s well check my appointment was not in the system.instead of turning me away or rescheduling the receptionist went to check if another doctor would see my puppy. The wait time was short and the entire staff from start to finish was excellent and demonstrated such care and compassion toward my puppy.

My only complaint would be that I called for an appointment in W. Fargo.. and they were booking out to the middle of October (e.g. greater than 4 wks). Casselton managed to fit me in within a bit over 2 weeks. Outside of that, staff were friendly, handled my dog (who s people shy and other dog shy) compassionately, etc.

The person checking me out was rude, and was not very helpful. I felt like I was just inconveniencing her and was very short with my questions. Everyone else was great, especially the nurse that gave me the instructions.

Dr Hannah Smith is excellent in this field and has the perfect personality for it!! Love her.
