The staff has ALWAYS been very good with our fur babies and that is most important. Although this last visit the waiting room and exam room smelled like urine.

Our horses are in very good hands with Dr. Peterson. We appreciate him coming out. Thank you.

Everything went great with my kitty’s first surgery at Casselton. However, just an FYI, she was discharged home with her IV lock still in place on her leg covered with the Coban dressing. When I took it out, I’m a NP, it bled quite a bit which I anticipated but wondered had I not taken the dressing off right away to look and she had gotten it off someway alone, there would have been a lot of bleeding somewhere. I’m sure this was an oversight;)

Having an aging pet with anxiety is hard enough as it is, but in order to request any meds you have to go through a costly behavioral assessment to get support. Why in the heck is this a requirement…other providers do not force this issue. Make it significantly cheaper or remove this stupid requirement. I don’t want to switch to a new vet to get meds.

The offer of a nail trim would be great, or just asking if a nail trim is needed if you are trying to remember multiple questions it might be forgotten.

Our second visit since our relocation...good experience each time!

Everything went well during the visit but the part that was not great was my rabbit got a vaccination and needed to come back in 3 weeks for a booster. When I went to check out and schedule the follow up apt, they said they only had 2 times available and they were both mid day during my work schedule.Especially because the injection itself only takes a few seconds and it was just supposed to be a tech appointment. I just feel like it s always really hard to make appointments for my rabbit.

The front desk workers were a little rude and dismissive and talked to each like it was break time not on the clock with customers waiting

Always had good results with my pets being brought in to be seen by the Veterinarians and the techs Upfront people are always kind and courteous and have a smile and a hello when you walk in some days it means a lot to a person!

I thought both the vet and vet tech were great!
