Dr. Schmidt and my tech were very helpful and friendly with my dogs. My dogs can be challenging and I was very grateful for the patience and time they took to help keep them calm. Our appt went very well.

Riley was my vet teck and she did a wonderful job! Please let her know and she deserves a raise, she was very attentive, kind and knowledgeable.

Dr Moen was very proficient at giving vaccines to my horses. This made it easier on my one nervous horse. Having two assistants was very helpful in seeing a large number of horses in an efficient manner.

I mistakenly thought our appointment was for 9:10 am when in fact it was for 9:10 pm. The staff graciously worked us into their busy morning and spent the necessary time with us. They exceeded our expectations.

I was very impressed with Dr. Pederson and his staff. They were caring, knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions. They encouraged questions, gave us options for treatment, etc. but did not push us in a certain direction. We have already told several friends and family of our great experience.

I honestly felt like a discrimination and bias was going on from the veterinarian. I was told that bathing my dog was causing her hair loss when I asked it it could be a mite or parasite on her skin. I have been bathing my dog trying to control her hairless which is itchy and changing her temperament. I felt very judged and unheard

I was a little upset with my appt. My dog is pregnant and I was looking for imaging for a puppy count. When making the appt it was stated she was too early for cray so they would do ultrasound and I was ok with that if that was what was recommended. When I arrived, they chose to do 2 X-rays which didn’t show anything because it was to early yet. I was charged for those X-rays and asked to come back in a couple weeks to look again. I had the exact breeding days as it was planned so I am a little upset they charged for the X-rays and told me she was to early, we knew that. If she was to early they shouldn’t have done them or shouldn’t have charged for them. I have never had a complaint and have been there for many years, but this was frustrating. I won’t be coming back I a couple weeks for further imaging as thats expensive and I do not live close by any means. This would have been best if scheduling simply scheduled us out a couple weeks when xray is recommended.

Service and care are unmatched and greatly appreciated. I am beyond pleased with Dr Peterson s caring expertise!

Everything was great and the ladies that took care of my guinea pig were so good with him. And he mostly hates everyone that s not his family! Very grateful for their care with him

The vet was so kind and gentle to my dog. He does not like going to the vet and she made him feel as safe as possible without upsetting him any further. Always very friendly and welcoming stff!

We were prescribed a repeat what we had done for a month, we continue to follow instructions, but our cats diarrhea is only getting worse

The clinic down played the seriousness of the dogs problem And offered NO help in taking care of the problem of an open sore on her. And a major cyst ! Had to wait several days for a surgery appointment when it was open & oozing.

Great appointment and I was pleased when the vet tech took a step back during the exam when my dog was a little uncomfortable and I said she would do better with me holding her. Nothing the tech did wrong, just me being able to read and understand my dog. I appreciated that.

It took awhile to get both dogs in to see Dr. Huckle, but it s always worth the wait. Dr. Huckle and the vet staff always do a great job!
