Wait time for an appointment is too long. I have been using your clinic for over 25 years and when i have had an emergency appointment, you put me off and want to give me an appointment weeks out. I wouldn t be asking to be seen same day if it wasn t an emergency or you want to pass me off to another clinic that is considered emergency, but they don t know my pet. I really hate that, when your pet is in an emergency situation, the last thing you want is to be passed off.

Dog was put under to have nails trimmed. Nails were cut extremely short, to the point where it has to hurt him to have them that short. He has also been sick since being put under, he is slowly getting better but lots of vomiting and definitely not the same dog as when we arrived that day.

We appreciated the opportunity to bring our anxious dog in for a fun visit . The technicians were patient and friendly with him and he loved going up and down on the exam table while getting peanut butter rewards.

My cat had no vaccinations due. I told them last time I wanted a yearly exam and they still sent message for 6 months. My cat has severe anxiety in cars and vomits when we have to come to appts.
