Thank you to the vet tech who listen to my concern and looked into being creative with scheduling an appt for me and my dog. Getting timely urgent care appts. Is somewhat frustrating.

We have been with Casselton Vet for the last 20 years. If it s been a scheduled appointment or an emergency visit for our fur babies, we have always been extremely happy with the team there. We ve always left there with the feel that we ve received the best service. LOVE CASSELTON VETERINARY!

The night staff seam less pressured and more relaxed and customer orientated. .

It is difficult to get in for an urgent appointment. You have to call at certain times and if nothing is open you pray the ER will see you otherwise your pet suffers until the next day. It appears that wellness exams have become what is important to you. I have seen this company change a lot over the years of being a customer and not for the better. Attention to detail and following up with test results have really declined.

Dr. Schmid is the best. Unfortunately since shes such an amazing vet the wait time to see her is very long.

We switched vets, because we heard great things about your vet! We had one of are dogs put down at your vet and everyone made it a little easier and the card you sent made me cry.you guys are affordable and your hours of service was perfect for us!! Are dog will be having surgery coming up,and we feel comfortable with him in your care.thank you!

Only negative was when we were waiting in the room, we could hear a lot of chatter and joking around going on in the back. Some may perceive that as a longer time waiting because people are screwing around. Our wait between nurse and doctor was only about 10 minutes though, so I was happy about that.

I think Cass Vet is 2nd to none! Dr Barthomay is so thorough, knowledgeable & personable… all great qualities’ The tech was awesome too.. I apologize I didn’t get her name. Also the front desk is always so friendly, helpful & efficient!! Thank you for all you do!
