I scheduled appt with Jackie Schmid. When I called to make appt she was booked out a bit for the time I could come. But when i talked to receptionist my appt was with her and was very disappointed that when we came for appt we didn’t get her got someone new. Had we k own we wouldn’t get Jackie we could have brought our poor cat in sooner Once again not happy

I would have liked to know the difference in price between the puppy pkg and just paying for the vaccinations. I asked but she said she needed to look it up and then the computer didn t work so I said forget it and just do the pkg.

So disappointed after 2 visits to NOT get any answers. Unfortunately, I will not return because I literally can t afford to spend that kind of money anymore WITHOUT answers

The staff has always been extremely nice, and they make my boys feel really comfortable, which makes going to the vet not a horrible experience for them.

Kaitie is an amazing vet tech. Kind, patient & smart. The vet was ok. She kind of overwhelmed me with a lot of information. The office staff was very helpful. The young woman with the long dark hair has a great phone manner & is very professional & friendly. The exam room Callie & I were in was about 80 degrees & extremely uncomfortable. My last experience with your office staff at your location was horrendous. I’m glad I gave you another chance with Callie & I.

The website was not easy to use at all. I wound up making an appointment in Casselton instead of Fargo.

Dr Bart is the best ever. I trust him and his opinions. Would not any one else examine Zoey for issues with bones. He’s the BEST.

Our appt was supposed to be with Dr Boa. When we arrived they told us we would be seeing Dr Galbreath, but that he had a bovine emergency, so it would be a bit if a wait. But shortly they called us into an exam room and Dr. Dowdle came in and she was very abrupt, she said that the cats didn’t need vaccines every year so she didn’t need to vaccinate them. We asked about Rico has very repetitive licking. She didn’t know what was wrong but just said he didn’t want her to touch or look at him. I would think a veterinarian would know how to handle a cat that was scared and not just say I can’t look at him. She didn’t know what was wrong so just gave 2 expensive prescriptions. Which didn’t make sense if you didn’t know what was wrong and did not even touch the cat. Overall not a good visit and if Dr Boas could not be there perhaps someone should have told us. We did not like Dr Dowdle at all, and really got nothing from the visit except worthless prescriptions.

Dr Ulmer and the entire staff are so good. We so much appreciate the attention and care. We would never have Cooper cared for by any other service. You guys are sooooooo good.

I had to wait for 25-30 minutes in the exam room while a slide was being examined. I didn’t hear from anyone and since I needed to leave, I went to the front desk to start the checkout process. I understand labs take time but I would rather been called with an updated and picked up any medication at a later date.

Over half of the vet bill was being put in to a time slot that somebody else cancelled. They gave me meds for my cat and I pretty much have to do all of the difficult aftercare that they could’ve taken some extra time to do. My cat had ear mites and as I was telling the vet exactly what I knew about them and my actual observations, they spoke to me in a bit of a condescending tone like I didn’t know what I was taking about and seemed genuinely surprised when I was right. They didn’t want to deal with the struggle of trying to hold my cat to do a more thorough cleaning of his ears even though he had sat so nice and still. Very frustrated…

My provider was Excellent!!

I was not told how much a test would cost even though I asked. I was then charged for the said test and it was way more than I expected to pay for it. I would not have done the test had I known.

Best appointment ever.

I was not explained the puppy package when we purchased it. If I would have known it was not good after 6/8 months I would have skipped it. Waste of money

We thank you for an excellent service and care from the doctor. He was very efficient and helpful with the CT scan and very correct with reading it. Unfortunately it was poor news and this morning we had to put our beloved SUNNY down to protect her from upcoming big pain. Thank you very much. Yvonne & Jerry SOCHA- Bismarck

We waited a very long time after seeing the doctor to get recommendations and discharge summary. 90 minute appointment for antibiotics.

This is the first time that I have felt like I was truly being listened to about what was going on with my dog and what we had tried at home and not rushed out the door. In the past I have told the doctors that I come in a few times a year for parasites for Panda and to look at her past appts and I felt that they don t care what I have been through and that I wouldn t know what is going on since I am not the doctor. The last time I was in the Casselton location I wanted Panda to have a parasite test done and I was told that it wasn t needed and that she didn t present signs of needing it and a week or so later I had to go into the Fargo location, and they did the test and Panda had to be put on antibiotics and probiotics. I knew what I was talking about as this is a repeating thing for Panda, and I was ignored. Dr. Schmid listed to what we have tried and understood that we wanted to try to go as natural as possible with Panda due to all her allergies and wanting to avoid medications if possible since she is allergic to so many things. Dr. Schmid also said she wanted to see Panda back for a recheck, this is the first time that we have been asked to come back for a recheck to make sure she is going in the right direction. A HUGE thank you to Dr. Schmid for caring about the animals AND listening to the parents of the animals!!! Also, a big thank you to our tech, she was wonderful and caring with Panda!
