Very helpful with everything and any questions I had.

When you notice a dog has some sort of hyper/anxiety I would recommend discussing if there are issues at home due to this issue, more than likely there are some issues. I say this because we deal with him barking during the night while in his kennel, Blu. I really appreciate how several people helped me get all four of my dogs into their appointment and back to the car again. Everyone was so amazingly patient during a very stressful time. You have no idea how much I appreciate everything!!!

The night staff seam less pressured and more relaxed and customer orientated. .

It is difficult to get in for an urgent appointment. You have to call at certain times and if nothing is open you pray the ER will see you otherwise your pet suffers until the next day. It appears that wellness exams have become what is important to you. I have seen this company change a lot over the years of being a customer and not for the better. Attention to detail and following up with test results have really declined.
