I am always impressed with the service here. The staff take the time to be straight with me about my dogs health and wellness. The scheduling is great too with most of the time being able to have my dog seen within a week.

My cat Bean is known to be anxious and not always is the nicest when she is anxious. Regardless of her behavior, all staff remained calm, cool, and collected through the entire appointment. Such an incredible staff of people that work for the clinic! Thank you for all you do!

I had to reschedule my appt due to weather. The soonest appt they had open after that was a week later at 8:40pm. I live 30 min away. They took so long trying to give my cat her shots. It was her first visit. She became anxious. I’d never seen her like they before. The staff kept saying I may need to bring her in at another time. I said no way. I was there past 10pm just for kitten vaccinations! They finally ended up taking her out of the room so they could give her the shots. That should have been done long before that. I was not satisfied with how they handled that.

We needed to make a same day appointment for our dog because of an injury. The staff at Casselton Vet in Fargo were able to accommodate us. I am so grateful!!

There are no readily available regular appts thereby forcing clients to pay extra for emergency services. I think I need to look elsewhere for vet care.

My dog was very anxious upon coming home and for the rest of the evening. He ended up getting sick at 2 in the morning. I believe from anxiety and pain meds. We’ve not dealt with that with any of our dogs. I think taking some time prior to surgery to discuss temperament and options and we would have received more than two hours of sleep. We in no way think anything happened at the clinic to cause the anxiety. We have full confidence in this clinic and value the staff. He is just more high strung than our other pets. And we believe it was pain and separation that caused the stress. Making him comfortable is our number one concern.

Did not come in but Dr Peterson did a great job on my PPE requested. Did wverything i asked him to including talking to my horse friend. Great service !!

I brought my cat in for an ear injury and wellness exam. She was provided with a cone that didnt fit correctly. They didnt put it on during the appointment so I had to try it on her and cut/adjust it at home. Additionally, the vet didnt notice a quarter sized patch of missing fur in her inner front right leg or check her teeth. Overall the office was extremely busy that day which is totally understandable but for paying the full price of the wellness exam, I did not receive a complete wellness exam performed on my cat. Additionally, if I needed to have any other conditions treated after leaving the office (particularly ones that were missed at this appointment) I would have to pay for another wellness exam so the oversight of the vet only negatively effected my wallet. The team is super friendly but I just wish my cat got a higher quality exam and the oversight could be corrected without additional cost to me.

I love Dr Huckle! My pets have been coming to her for years. She is the best.

All cost were provided without being asked which made visit less stressful.

If you require vaccines to be current in order to see a pet, you need to share that information with the client at the time of booking. I was not happy to find I needed to spend more money just to be seen, when I was not informed of this prior to my appointment. I don t like surprises. Thanks.

When I called to schedule an appointment there had been a cancellation for that day so I took it. Otherwise I would have had to wait a month to get my dog seen for a routine check.
