The online scheduling switched my appointment from the Fargo office to the Casselton office. But the Fargo staff did a great job of fitting me in.

I love casselton vet. It was much quicker to be seen this visit than it has been on past visits. The staff was friendly to me and my dog. The one thing that was disappointing to me this visit was when I told the tech that my dog has a sensitive stomach from a bowel obstruction years ago. We talked about the sensitive stomach dog food I give her that helps. I told the tech that I limit the number of treats my dog gets because it upsets her stomach. Well the tech and vet continuously gave my dog treats and now she has been suffering from diarrhea for the past two days. The morning after the vet visit her upset stomach started. I m sure the stress of the vet didn t help, but I just wish there could have been some other way they comforted my dog when she was anxious.

It was our 1st visit there with our kitten and the staff was wonderful and helpful!

The staff explain clearly what the diagnosis is and give clear instruction how to help make my horse feel better. They listen to all your questions sincerely. This clinic is top notch for service. I definitely will visit again for any veterinary services we need. So grateful for the care they gave to my horse. Thank you.

I know all of the Vets in town are very overworked and busy, but it was SUPER obvious that our vet was in a big hurry to get out of our room and on to the next thing. Luckily, our dog doesn t have any current health problems and was just in for vaccinations and a wellness check, but still, it was a little offputting. Maybe you guys need to hire more vets or just have more of them working on the same days. Again, I do understand that you re all very busy, but we are paying a good amount of money to be seen and should feel like to vet cares about our animals. And I should mention that I actually like this vet a lot and purposely try to schedule them, but this last time could ve been better.

They didn t have me go back with my dog. So she wouldn t let them clip her mails. Want to give too many vaccines. Too many are Not good.

Please update your scheduling system so when I select the Fargo location then 1st available appt, it only shows times for Fargo. I now see that you call out the location in the confirmation, but I didnt notice it because I thought I d for sure selected the fargo location. Luckily the staff was great and was able to sneak my dog in so he could get the vaccines he needed for boarding- thank you so much for making that work!

This was definitely not the same excellent experience this time around as I had 2 years ago with the same dog, or even a year before that with my previous dog. The group of employees now don’t seem to care. I have called twice asking for suggestions on how to calm my dog and all I get is “keep his cone on” and “keep him confined”. Really?? I call a different vet and they suggest benedryl to help calm and stop the itching. Guess what? It worked. If that would have been suggested to me last week, neither me, my husband or our dog would have been stressed out. I had to take a half day off today because of this. I am sure that this will all fall on deaf ears but this has made us switch vet clinics.

I got in last second on a Friday. It very much helped my pet and ease my mind before the weekend. Very much appreciated!

It s just so hard to get in to be seen.

The vet was helpful and friendly but the vet tech was short and abrupt with her questioning and answers. Seemed like she was mad.

During the examination, my dog s teeth were not checked. I was more concerned with his arthritis, but it should be a routine thing to check at a wellness visit.

The cost of exams and tests are getting prohibitive

all Vet care is expensive, will think twice before adopting pets again.

Love this vet clinic. I had all of my questions answered, my mind was put at ease.

The wait time to be brought into the exam room was 10-15 minutes and then for someone to come into the room was 15-20 minutes. I had an appointment, I thought that meant that I would be seen in a timely matter. I also asked the vet and the the vet tech for an estimate on getting my puppy spayed and when they didn’t get that for me I asked the receptionist when I was paying if she could email me an estimate and I have to see an estimate. I switched from a different vet because of the same problems I had there. If you have a vet clinic must not have to worry about customer satisfaction…..horrible experience and will be seeing if I can find a place that cares about the customer. I will be surprised if I get a response on any of this
