So happy with our care and how helpful and friendly the staff was.

We accidentally showed up at the Casselton office even though our appointment was for the Fargo office (I should have read the email a little closer!), but we were still quickly seen by Dr. Galbreath who discussed some options for my dog, Max s weight loss. I was glad to know that Max is otherwise healthy, and we are now working on getting his weight down! I appreciated the flexibility and also the gentleness that everyone used with Max - he s a good boy, but doesn t always love going to the vet!

Always happy to visit the clinic! Wonderful staff all around. :)

I say yes to getting in quickly as when I called at 7 AM to get an emergency appointment I was able to get in the same day however, in general we’re just calling to get an appointment you were booked on a few weeks, so I am thankful that I was able to call back the next morning to get an emergency appointment

My experience with Casselton is superb both in Fargo and Casselton. This last week I brought my dog in. We waited maybe 3 minutes at the north entrance before Tasha came out to get us. My appointment was for 8:50 am. Tasha came out to greet us at 8:48 am. She is great. Please pass this on to her. Dr Galbreath was fantastic. He was patient with my dog and provided an excellent exam. Best of all, we only waited in the room for three minutes from the time we got in the room until he saw Cooper my dog. Your service is excellent. I had to reschedule my appointment twice and the front desk team was so polite and helped me get in quicker than I thought. When I was finally able to make it, the team did so great with Ruby. Everyone was friendly which made it easier for Ruby (who is usually pretty nervous in these situations). I m so glad I was referred here and will continue Ruby s healthcare here.

It is very hard to get a quick apt for things you can’t wait 3 or more months for. I wish we could call anytime to see if there are openings in the day instead of right at 5 and praying we are one of the first callers.

While the diagnosis isn t a fun one, I have the answers I need to properly support Shandy s health going forward. I’m very impressed with service Sammy received. Very accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable staff and facility was very clean!

Only downfall was that it took a bit over a month for us to get an appointment for our puppy s 2nd shots (1st shots since we got her); however, now that we ve been seen and are on a regular schedule, it s been great!

Very pleased with the DVM and the time she spent with us. She was friendly, explained the need for testing and results. And our boy really liked her as evidenced by his willingness to go to her on his own, even after his blood draw and xray were done! Thanks Dr Boas!!

Our dog was not given all the medication needed for a healthy recovery at discharge. Our dog was seen not even two weeks after the surgery for additional medical attention at the owners expense because of a mistake that could have been avoided.
