Kyla Boas was great! We were late for our appt and she was friendly and understanding. She took the time to talk through our dogs behavior and provide suggestions.

#5. I requested records of Zoey. Upon looking at the records I noticed the blood test results. I looked at them and now wonder what all these symbols mean. I would have been more satisfied if these were explained more in detail.

The staff and drs at Casselton Vet are extremely helpful and nice! I always leave there feeling good and informed.

Appointment was a few weeks out but I’ve now learned my lesson to be more prepared with scheduling further in advance, I can understand why it’s a popular clinic and books out. From the front desk staff to the Dr and assistant it was all so professional and geared towards Harold, my cat/son. Very comfortable with choosing this office for all future appointments - I was thoroughly impressed!

Getting my final bill seemed to take longer than normal. A very minor issue, but after fifteen prior encounters, it was noticeably longer than other visits. Overall, satisfied with the visit. Gary P Miller

Great visit. Friendly staff. Took time to explain everything and cover issues. Vet was going to provide feeling instructions, but must have forgotten.

I was told on the phone it would not be an emergency visit and then when I got there they told me it was after the fact and I couldn’t do anything about it. Not sure if crediting my account for the difference would be on the table or what but I’m not happy I was told one price then forced to pay another.

I loved my experience at the Casselton Vet office and so did my pup. Thank you for all you do!

Appointment was for 9 am But doors didn t open till 9:05,and Expresso machine out of order,Other than those hickups,It was good.

They got me in as a new patient when no one dlse could, not even my regular vet! They took good care of my dog and the prices were affordable. I found them as my new vet.
