Randi the nurse and our vet were very helpful and knowledgeable. And very patient with me,explaining everything clearly.

The doctor we had was the best ever. Love him!

My only complaint is a new dog person when they asked for blood testing I should have asked the price. They did ask if they could run it but not knowing the costs or some additional information like oh and each of these tests cost xxx would have helpedX It was a shock to see my bill at $397 when I checked out.

The bedside manner of everyone our sweet girl interacted with was great. Ashley F and Dr Weyer were both super kind and patient with us as we are new pet owners. If asked for a recommendation I would gladly recommend Casselton for any veterinary needs.

Dr. Huckle is such a great vet. She gave me her honest opinion and other options too. I appreciate her kindness and the time she took with me and my pup.

It was a real good visit.

I was very disappointed with the interaction and the tone the staff used - we had a horrible experience with spaying procedures and having to bring her back there not even 24 hrs after to restitch her up then a promise a call from staff( which we got a call from the vet as i had concerning questions and I am thankful she was able to help my dog) but then never received a call from billing in which I am not happy about The cost I had to pay as I firmly believe it’s on them . Customer service in my opinion needs work. So needless to say I will not recommend this place for procedures.

Dr. Bartholomay is the most caring, sympathetic, thorough & most passionate Veterinarian we have ever had. He has taken care of us & our babies (dogs) for at least 20 years. We are so lucky to have him!!

I am not a fan of having to pay $70 to be seen early nor the fact that I had to wait 20+ minutes to be seen. It was inconvenient as I took of a partial day of work to make it to the appointment. Other than that everything was great. Staff was friendly and once we were seen it did not take long. I do understand things happen so in the future as you all do often it would be appreciated if clients could be notified in advance of extended wait times. Overall I am happy with the care and services we received! Keep up the good work!

Our little Bella is feeling MUCH better, thanks to the comprehensive care that she received. We called for Chiro, but got Chiro, Acupuncture, Steroid and vitamin injections, laser treatment and advice on treating her enlarged heart after we get through this current hurdle. Exceeded my expectations, by a mile!

Our only concern on the visit was the wait times. I asked as it was our first visit and they explained that it was due to some urgent care appts that were filled. But it s the same frustration as going to a human doctor and waiting 20-30 minutes past your appt time. Then being repeatedly left in the room for 10+ minutes while they would be right back to do paperwork. I ve just never had a simple new patient check up/in take 90 minutes from scheduled time before. The service was good. A bit odd that the vet didn t greet my dog *she was growly/surprised when the vet walked in so maybe it was why?* before moving on to the exam/shots. The dog did great for the exam so it wasn t an issue, just odd. And my dog is a big dog who was super anxious and growly at the last vet to the point they required a muzzle, even though she s never had to be muzzled at the groomer or anywhere else. Again, NO major complaints. We re looking forward to having a vet that doesn t stress my dog out like our last location. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly and GREAT about answering questions. Just letting you know what I ll be answering when friends ask how our experience was too.

I was so impressed with how quickly Dr. Moen was able to diagnose Tootie, after having struggled with Tootie s intermittent vomiting for years and not getting any answers. Both Dr. Moen and the vet tech were so kind and caring and explained everything in great detail. I will be switching over to Casselton for all my vet services here on out!

Dr. Trevor Bjerke is the BEST---He s doesnt pull any punches with me and tells me the way it is which I like and if I disagree he lisens to my concerns which I like also---He is the best Vet for me.

I was really glad they noticed the pharmacy we got my cats insulin from prescribed us the wrong medication! If I wouldn’t have had this appointment we wouldn’t have known this mistake! Thank you for providing the right medication for her!

This visit we did not speak with a provider, but the vet tech was very friendly. The only thing I would change would be to have them introduce themselves, and go over at home instructions a little slower. It was a little rushed and we had a hard time remembering everything that was said. Otherwise fantastic facility and staff.

I feel it should have been mentioned that it would cost over $50 to get my 2 dogs nails clipped. It’s been courtesy in the past so it was quite the shock and a bit extreme. I’m wondering if all your costs have gone way up, I’ll have to reevaluate before coming back. It was disappointing.
