Your receptionist have their eyes and ears buried into their computer screens … when you’re 4’ away and they don’t notice you …. Maybe that employee should be in the back room away from customers? First impressions are kinda important

Dr Huckle was my black labs vet for rehab at the Casselton facility about 5 yrs ago. I recently lucked into seeing her for my cats urgent care appointment. She is simply a delight along with exceptionally qualified. Gold stars all over....

I really appreciated the care Dr. Huckle provided for my dog. She took the time to help guide me through testing options when I wasn’t sure what to do. I always greatly appreciate and trust the care provided at Casselton Vet. I know my dog is in the best hands when he is there.

Only thing is I have a hard time giving the meds to my cat. He won’t eat them, so I hope he doesn’t get an infection or in pain. It be better if they were liquid.

This appointment was made well in advance - I think it has been more difficult to be seen in an urgent care situation. But that was not my experience here. Everyone was kind and caring and took plenty of time with us. Thank you. Linda Rubis
