if someone needs to be seen for an appointment, the correct way to tell them such is to call them and tell them to set up an appointment, not reject my cats prescription food and hold it hostage while risking starving your patient until THE PATIENT calls YOU.

I scheduled my appointment at the Casselton location in error and even though the texts I received clearly indicated Casselton I showed up in Fargo. The staff was super accommodating and gave my cat her rabies vaccine and went beyond that and weighed her, compared her weight to her last appt and asked if I could come back later to test her blood as she had lost a pound and has a diagnosed thyroid issue. So first even though this was clearly my fault, the staff went above and beyond what they needed to do. This made me feel as if they value my pet and my time which I really appreciated. Another example why I have stayed with Casselton vet for probably close to 20 Years now.

As always - fantastic. Only comment is peoplle at the desk in the Fargo office, need to actually listen to the client. I had originally booked my appointment in Fargo with Dr. Bjerke. That’s what I asked for, because I trust you and other Dr. B. However, when I called to double check my appointment, it was with someone I had no idea or trust in. Thank goodness for Casselton

The only problem I have is, it s impossible to get an appointment for a sick pet. Wait times 2+ weeks. Big change from the past when I could get my sick pet in immediately. Otherwise have always depended on Casselton Vet.

Thank you everyone. Cooper went with the techs wagging his tail to Xray. Normally he sits down and doesn t budge. Everybody loved him up and that is his sweet spot. Has happy to have a diagnois and surgery plan. His Doctor was the best she made sure I understood the procedure and sorry I cant remember her name.

We asked to have our puppies nails trimmed and were told they only clipped 2 of them but were charged $25. We thought that was a bit high and probably won’t do that again. The lady that worked with us was very kind to our pup and we really appreciated that.

We had two of our pigs mixed up. Moe-Ka was the one that was cold, not Angus. She ended up passing away as soon as we got back to the farm. The others are doing much better.

Im surprised I received this email. I honestly thought nobody cares. The staff (particularly the veterinarian Boas) was insensitive to our specific needs. Very sadly she had an attitude of entitlement. The reason I am saying this is not to cause any anger but to invite you do some introspection about the way you see your clients. Are we basically a dollar sign or do you truly care? Are your decisions evidence-based or based on emotions? Are you angry to do your job? Do you really think people consider their pets part of their family or is that your cover face to get more business? We ask not for a favor, nor for something unethical and that’s exactly how it was interpreted. Taking our beloved dog (the companion dog for our 5 little kids) while relocating is needless to say a very essential step to making our transition easier. But your staff seems to believe that it was just one more thing they had to do. We were treated as inferiors- who knows why?! A dog that was raised in ND can surely endure 40 degree temperatures but not 35!? Our dog travel with all the care and compassion that she deserved because we selected high quality services. After 4 years of being customers we are not only disappointed but very sad to discover the true colors of your staff. Hopefully your decisions were just a matter of ignorance and after this experience you educate yourself on the subject, take some time off and do a better job for the next patient that presents with a similar situation. Don’t be angry just see this as an opportunity! Good luck

They actually listened to my concerns instead of “listening” and not doing anything like other vets I have tried. So grateful to finally be getting relief for my pup! So glad we took the hour drive to Casselton!

Veterinarian was very demeaning. I felt as if my appointment was rushed and unimportant. Please take the time to listen to the pet parents and make sure they do not have any questions or concerns about their animals.The tech and front desk were very kind and helpful.

Dr Moen is always super patient with all of our questions. Kind, patient and understanding to our fur babies needs. Maribeth was gentle,had a calming presence to her. Our pup was at ease during the whole examination.
