When I arrived I was informed that my appt was actually for the Casselton location. To my surprise the front desk went back and asked if someone would make time to see my cat. I was seen within 5min. WOW! Keep up the great work. Customer service is obviously a focal point for you guys. Keep up the great work!!! A+++

Everyone was fantastic and helpful. I was feeling nervous about leaving Marilyn there for her dental surgery, so I was able to talk to one of the doctors that was going to be doing it for her and they talked me through and reassured me Which meant an awful lot cause I was a nervous wreck leaving Marilyn there. Thank you all again for all your help.

Front desk staff was not very welcoming. I stood in line and nobody acknowledged me while there were 5 staff members behind the desk and one person being checked out. So it wasn’t busy- but didn’t feel like I was important enough to be acknowledged or even a curteous “I will be with you in just a moment”

My horse needed an unscheduled farm visit for colic. I was unable to be there, but the barn manager at the boarding barn was keeping track of everything. She called the on call phone and left several messages, then received a call back four hours later. That call was to tell her to try a different on call number. The second on call vet responded promptly (Thank you!). My horse had mild colic and turned out fine, but in a more serious situation the four hour wait time for the first call back could have been life threatening. As it was, it wasn’t a good example of customer service. I was not at all satisfied with Casselton’s service in that instance.

It isn t easy to get an appointment but that is understandable. I got in early when there was a cancellation and kept my regular appointment just incase because my dog is old and has chronic issues. Everyone treats us so well and I appreciate Dr Bartholomays commitment to doing anything he can to help him. I say this all the time but I don t get that kind of vetting in Grand Forks. One of my previous dogs had the same issues and when I had called at the vet we were seeing for years in GF the receptionist told me from the vet he was on all the meds he could be on and he was going to die anyways. when asked a simple question. While I know Toby s condition isn t curable and he is old I feel better prepared and that I have done everything I can for him and Dr is committed to helping us along the way. Thank you, a million times as always.

When I tried to get scheduled, the reception staff questioned why I would want to do what I was trying to make an appointment for making me feel like she thought she knew more than I did when she did not. I also had to reschedule the appointment to get in after having traded shifts at work to make the first time work.
