The vet tech I had that day was a bit rude but the veterinarian was really nice.

I was a little disappointed that I was charged an urgent care pricing when the clinic easy open normal business hours and had avai time slots for my pet to be seen. Seems like a way to get extra fund when people call last minute for an appt.

A call the day after surgery to see how things are going would be appreciated.

I was really disturbed when my 14 pound dachshund mix was brought out after an atypical neutering with a face cone half his body side. I don’t know who cried more on the way home…he was incredibly distressed by the huge cone. Offering other options would be appreciated.

Dr. Reichert is a very knowledgeable vet and took the time to answer all my questions throughly. He was also patient with my not so well behaved young dog. Thank you!

I scheduled appt with Jackie Schmid. When I called to make appt she was booked out a bit for the time I could come. But when i talked to receptionist my appt was with her and was very disappointed that when we came for appt we didn’t get her got someone new. Had we k own we wouldn’t get Jackie we could have brought our poor cat in sooner Once again not happy

I would have liked to know the difference in price between the puppy pkg and just paying for the vaccinations. I asked but she said she needed to look it up and then the computer didn t work so I said forget it and just do the pkg.

So disappointed after 2 visits to NOT get any answers. Unfortunately, I will not return because I literally can t afford to spend that kind of money anymore WITHOUT answers

The staff has always been extremely nice, and they make my boys feel really comfortable, which makes going to the vet not a horrible experience for them.

Kaitie is an amazing vet tech. Kind, patient & smart. The vet was ok. She kind of overwhelmed me with a lot of information. The office staff was very helpful. The young woman with the long dark hair has a great phone manner & is very professional & friendly. The exam room Callie & I were in was about 80 degrees & extremely uncomfortable. My last experience with your office staff at your location was horrendous. I’m glad I gave you another chance with Callie & I.

The website was not easy to use at all. I wound up making an appointment in Casselton instead of Fargo.

Dr Bart is the best ever. I trust him and his opinions. Would not any one else examine Zoey for issues with bones. He’s the BEST.

Our appt was supposed to be with Dr Boa. When we arrived they told us we would be seeing Dr Galbreath, but that he had a bovine emergency, so it would be a bit if a wait. But shortly they called us into an exam room and Dr. Dowdle came in and she was very abrupt, she said that the cats didn’t need vaccines every year so she didn’t need to vaccinate them. We asked about Rico has very repetitive licking. She didn’t know what was wrong but just said he didn’t want her to touch or look at him. I would think a veterinarian would know how to handle a cat that was scared and not just say I can’t look at him. She didn’t know what was wrong so just gave 2 expensive prescriptions. Which didn’t make sense if you didn’t know what was wrong and did not even touch the cat. Overall not a good visit and if Dr Boas could not be there perhaps someone should have told us. We did not like Dr Dowdle at all, and really got nothing from the visit except worthless prescriptions.

Dr Ulmer and the entire staff are so good. We so much appreciate the attention and care. We would never have Cooper cared for by any other service. You guys are sooooooo good.
