I was not given the option to go back with my dog to get a vaccine. About 4 hours later, our puppy could barely walk. His left shoulder was painful to the touch. He cried most of the night. It took 24 hours for him to recover.

Doctor Bjerke was very respectful and helpful -answered all our questions and made helpful suggestions. He was so kind to let us brag about how good our dog Katie is and how we think we are doing a good job-we actually are but some people don t care to hear it. Just those few minutes of listening made us feel like the greatest dog parents in the world. Thank you.

Thank you for all you do for my five critters. In particular, Mikaela and Dr Huckle this day were so great with Thunder and all the anxiety he has with his visits. I would like to see your clinic s doctors ask for other in-house opinions on major speculative diagnoses, like those involving surgery and cancer, and at least offer patients in-house second opinions.

The staff at the reception desk did not go out of their way to welcome a new client or greet us. Did not explain where to sit while we wait or how long it would be. One gal sat there reading a book and never said a word to me. Very poor first impression. They didn’t even talk to each other. One gal seemed mad. It seemed cold and unfriendly where we stood waiting by the front desk.

Dr Moen was AMAZING! She took the extra time (and cheesewhiz) it took to get my reactive princess comfortable enough to do what needed to be done. I went in expecting a stressful visit like we ve experienced (elsewhere) for the past 2 yrs, but it was smooth and calm as could be and my reactive dog was comfortable enough by the end of the appointment, she fell asleep on the floor. Nothing short of amazing patience and the BEST care provided.
