Dr. Darin made a farm call over an hour away from the clinic on the same day we called. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. We had bad expeirence with a local vet clinic so we are extermely happy to have found Dr. Darin!

I was not happy we could not receive medication for our dog when we were traveling because you could not get us in earlier for Thor’s annual checkup. We needed the medication for traveling and because it was past the year you would send us the medication. It was just a couple weeks past the year. Unacceptable. Don’t expect us to return. You’ve lost our business and we had been with Casselton Vet for over 25 years. Ever since the office in Fargo started the service has gone down. We are so disappointed.

I was not happy when I realized that during a Wellness Exam was not given his rabies and one other vaccine even though they were due within the month and I now must take off work again to take him to vet again. I did not expect that I would need to ask to make sure vacines were given. The Vet seemed very nice so not sure who s responsibility it is to check on those dates for vacinations but I am disappointed about this.

Did not like the vet that saw us this time. Wasn’t our normal vet we see. This one we saw was not very compassionate or patient towards my dog.

We were seen by tech Tasha, who was amazing! Tasha wasso patient, calm, and confident in interacting with Ovie. Dr. Boas was also wonderful! She took her time with Ovie, worked at a speed she was comfortable with and did a very thorough wellness check. It was a great visit.

Dr. Schmid and her assistant took a lot of time to explain things to me and also answered all my questions. Happy to be back at the Casselton Veterinary Service.

The visit with the Vet was perfect, but when I went to pay, they charged me the the high price , instead of the low price of the estimate, which was promised. so I ended up paying $22.36 more for the visit that I was told was going to be cheaper.

Always a good experience at Cassleton Vet. Zoey gets anxious at the vet but the staff is always so patient and quick, yet thorough. Have had nothing but great experiences coming here!

I am trying to send this survey but the 1st 3 will only take a 5 star. the rest won t take any star. But my experience with this clinic was wonderful. The only negative thing I would have to say is they were going to email my horses X-rays to me but they have not done it. Thank you Dr. Peterson and staff. You were both efficient and so knowledgeable.Every thing was explained so well. I felt my horses were very well taken care of.

They kept offering to test the cancer cells without giving an explanation why it would be necessary. We already know the cancer is serious and needs to be operated on.
