As always your service is very expensive.

Great service even though it was different due to Covid-19 changes to procedures.

The phones were not answered when I called. I had written a list of things that I wanted done and items were missed. the nail trim was inadequate nails were missed. but overall I love you guys. I know its hard at this time. keep up the good work. getting an appointment for accu/chiro is terribly difficult with extreme wait times and no waiting list. i feel a wait list for cancelations should be used

I hope COVID-19 goes away soon so I can come into my pup s exam with him and meet you all! So friendly and so willing to answer all of my questions!

Drive up and drop the poor dog off. He was scared and I don t blame him. Not sure what they do to him when I can t go in.

The day I arrived for my dogs appointment there was a lot of snow. Just wondering if there was a place for the animals to revive themselves. My dog I was told did pee on your floor while he was in for the exam.

The last question is not something I can answer because the facility was in covid-19 closure. In the past it has always been clean and satisfactory.

My dog had great dental care treatment. The staff was great about explaining what they did for a procedure. They are very caring for your pet & owners.

Ou dog Had round worms, my son called and you asked to bring him in right away! Colemy son, said you were gray with him and Jake!

Dr. Dowdle was great. I felt like my pet was in such good hands and everything was communicated well.

Casselton vet got us in quickly and our dog was seen immediately for a UTI. We were giving meds that day and she was on the mend the next day we greatly appreciate Casselton vet and we don t know where we would be without them as they take great care of our pets!

I couldn’t go in the building, so we couldn’t answer the last question. Great service.

We were in to see the Vet on Thursday and then again on Friday. My dog ended up staying overnight in the hospital. When we picked him up on Saturday, we were told that he had had some accidents in his kennel but he had been washed up so he might a little wet. When he was brought out, you could see that his legs were yellow and when we opened the car door, he smelled very strongly of urine. I was very disappointed and surprised that he was brought out like that. Needless to say, he got a bath as soon as we got home.

It was a great experience with the car pick up and delivery of the pets. :-) I really like asking questions during the visit and etc. so felt like that was missing,of course, but in these crazy times, this was perfect and I appreciated the chance to still bring my kitties and yet keep everyone super safe! Thank you so much. :-)

Be more careful counting quantities of medication in the future-had to go to an office location 2 extra times because of it being messed up the first visit and the 2nd time I stopped in needing to pick up more, which was truly annoying.

U guys should become a hospital

I rated all areas a 5, (could not tell if they registered). Taco has been treated so wonderfully at Casselton Veterinary-Fargo. We appreciate the kindness shown to Taco, cleanliness, timely, helpful- yes absolutely where I want to bring Taco!!!

Miranda was fantastic to work with! The front desk staff was not exactly “inviting”/overly friendly. It didn’t appear as though the exam table in the room was cleaned before we brought our pet in, so that may be something to consider in between “patients.” Overall, we had a great experience and walked away satisfied and happy with the visit!

I was a little concerned on Saturday, March 14, 2020, as I was worried about my senior Pomeranian who wouldn t take meds or eat, and was told by the person that answered the phone that she talked to the Dr., that they were booked solid in Fargo, ND. I knew my Pomeranian, Jelly Bean, just needed the nausea shot as did my other Pomeranian, Daisy Mae,and the meds for a few days to take home. I called and left a message that I was upset, since I was concerned about my pet, and then got a call later that they had a cancelation and I could bring Jelly Bean in at 4 p.m. Everything was done professionally after that and I have no complaints about office visit. Jelly Bean is doing much better after the shot and prayfully she will continue to improve as Daisy Mae did after the nausea shots. Once the tummies get used to different meds and crash diets, they seem to do fine and don t get nauseas. My pets are like family and I feel we should take care of our pets. I get the impression that some people that answer the phones and we see first when we check in at Fargo feel that I do come often and they wonder why I am so caring about my pet. The one gal, with dark hair and has Indian nationality appearance stated one time that she sees me once a week. I guess that is just the way people do, they always have opinions. I have always felt Casselton Veterinary is the best and never had any complaints until now. I am sorry but I love all my pets and would do anything to help them. I seen a 15 year old dog on a transport to help animal shelters on Sunday, and that dog looked very good. Not up to the individual opinions when we should stop caring about our pets, and up to the family that feels the pet needs a chance. Nothing wrong with caring at all. We need more of that in our society! I understand a busy day that day, but never was turned down before when it appeared like an emergency, or it should have been explained to me why it wasn t an emergency. I know I was worried. I always liked the professionalism at the Casselton office and want it to be the same in Fargo.

Maybe a little too much pushing for other services...teeth cleaning and feline Leukemia testing and vaccine.

No suggestions! I appreciate all the staff that helped for our situation!!

Seemed more worried about how I was going to pay than how my pet was doing, probably won t be coming back
