Was calling for 10 minutes upon arrival and nobody was answering. Finally caught a staff member outside to get me checked in.

It would be nice to get to accompany our pets wearing a mask if we pass the questions.

Dissatisfied. Can t go in to accurately address pets issues and have no good assessment or tx plan. The groomer for my cat was especially bad. Don t think cut anything off that I instructed her to.

We were pretty happy with everything!

I didn’t go inside to see if the facility was clean due to COVID regulations. I am a bit disappointed that the complimentary nail trim that was supposed to happen while Wilson was under anesthesia did not happen. It was on the bill too that it happened. Wilson did not get his nails trim. First time i have been disappointed with the service at Cassleton.

Covid or not... It would be much appreciated if owners could come into the facility with their pets again.

Our experience was excellent. Kaitie was really good and provided answers to all of our questions. We did a lot of research about services locally and your organization was on the top of our list. Thank you for taking good care of our new puppy. Jeff and Vickie Hoss

Tech was rude and inpatient

Thank you for everything you do to keep our pets and humans safe during Covid. I know your job isn t easy these days and that sometimes people aren t patient. I want you all to know that you are doing an amazing job and we are so thankful that you take care of Minnie.

Exceptions need to be considered as not every animal or situation is the same. This is the 2nd time I have been not allowed in with my animal & each time the vet & her team has had issues being able to examine him. This last appointment was the worst & they were unable to properly examine him, including unable to listen to heart & lungs, and unable to get a very good look at teeth & gums, and properly assess body condition & recheck lump under stomach. He does much better if I am able to be in the room with him & am the one to restrain him. In some cases, as long as a person does not feel sick, has a mask, etc, person should be allowed in with their animal if they know there ll be an issue otherwise. It is Extremely frustrating when your pet is sick, needs an exam, & the vet is unable to properly do her job because you re forced to stay in a parking lot.

With Covid 19 restrictions the cleanliness of the office can t be rated

It was really nice to see someone who you feel genuinely cares. My animals are my life and I felt like the vet tech and veterinarian were confident and very caring. I am super happy that I switched veterinarians and brought my babies here!

Very happy with our visit. The vet took time to explain what was going on & the vet tech showed us how to give fluids to our cat so we could take him home.

Unable to go inside due to Covid

The staff at the clinic were terrific! I was very concerned about my dog’s eye and they were understanding, empathetic and compassionate. They worked us in very quickly, and the Dr. was forthright and honest. I think he might have even worked into his lunch break-what an awesome guy! Casselton Veterinary Services Ranks even higher than 5 stars in my book! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Thx for getting my little mini Donkey Abby in for x rays. Would like to suggest tho - tell clients on the phone when they make appt that they should call upon arrival and not enter clinic ????
